Lloyd was very proactive and responsive. He told me when we scheduled he would beat all other estimates and he was right. He was very flexible with our changing dates and finished quicker than I thought they would. They spent extra time adding flashing and silicone to areas with water concern and went above and beyond with creativity in spots with snow concern. I had a couple of concerns and they were taking care of WITHIN the hour!!! You don't find that kind of service often! Use this company! Great experience with 435 Roofing.They were polite and very professional from the first call to the inspection and repairs today.Lloyd responded quickly. He's so honest and genuine. I felt he had my best interest in mind.After making some repairs Lloyd gave me a great assessment on the current condition of our roof. Fortunately, our roof is still holding up very well for its age he said. But due to its age, we would like to have it replaced in the very near future.They replaced our neighbor's roof recently and did an excellent job. My neighborhood was hit with a short hail storm about 3 weeks ago, nickel up to golfball size hail. The storms chasers were out the same afternoon knocking on everyone’s door and were extremely high pressure! Everyone in my neighborhood who allowed a storm chaser to assess their damage was told they needed a new roof. Having trust issues myself, I chased them all away and called Lloyd at 435 Roofing. He had already examined two homes on my street and advised the homeowners they did not need new roofs - only had cosmetic blemishes . Lloyd examined my roof, provided pictures and advised me my roof did not need to be replaced , the damage was very minor and only cosmetic. This is important because it has to do with trust- 435 Roofing could have played me and my neighbors, but they didn’t. 435 Roofing provided an honest assessment of the damage without any high pressure sales tactics and they were never out knocking on doors unsolicited! I woke up at 3am to rain dripping on my bed. At the recommendation of a friend who recently used 435 Roofing, I called them first thing. They arrived, repaired the leak, AND repaired another issue they noticed while on my roof: All of this BEFORE 10am!!! My roof is 15 yrs old and Lloyd said it looked pretty good for its age. Completely happy with 435 Roofing Inc. In May of 2022 we had to replace the complete roof on our family home. The insurance company refused to cover any expense as the roof was over 22 years old and no hail damage could be validated. Four quotes from different companies were acquired. 435 Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our old cedar shake roof with grade 4 Impact Resistant shingles! They also replaced our gutters. Everyone was very professional, starting with Brian, and the on site crew did a great job. They kept the yard clean each day and protected the exterior of the home during the replacement. We heard a drip one rainy day and called a former neighbor who recommended 435 roofing. Phoned and 435 Roofing quickly responded to investigate if we had any problems. Lloyd came out fast and found the problem, and made a quick on the spot repair. While here, other damage was found. Lloyd took pictures and offered to meet our insurance adjuster here to show them what he had found. 435 Roofing was able to adjust their calendar and meet back at our house to show the adjuster all the damage we had on our roof. We are so thankful for the inspection, spot repair and all the coordination 435 Roofing did. Within the month of our initial call, we had a new roof ordered and installed. Lloyd and his crew are very professional and were very careful to keep the yard and debris down to a minimum. We were also able to drive by a couple houses they had previously worked on and see what the different colored roofing materials looked like; this helped us in selecting our color choice. Lloyd handled the building permit, and helped explain to us how it all worked and what to look for when getting a replacement roof. Would recommend 435 Roofing for sure. I have used 435 Roofing for installation of attic vents to reduce the condensation. The estimate was extremely reasonable and the installation was above top notch! After a recent storm our master bedroom developed a leak. The insurance adjuster came out and could not find any cause for the leak. He sort of shrugged his shoulders and said "strange things happen." I called Lloyd for a second opinion, and of course, he promptly came out, climbed up on the roof, took a look around, quickly figured out the problem and solved it. The next rain storm, which was again heavy, no rain in the master bedroom. We are beyond pleased with 435 Roofing and can not recommend them enough. In fact, we recommended him to a friend just this morning after the bad storms we had 2 days ago. He was out and on her roof just 4 hours later inspecting the damage. I contracted with 435 Roofing to replace my roof (cedar shake tear-off to composite shingle) a few months ago. The project was agreed to start several weeks later and 435 held to the schedule. They reached out to me a week before the start date and arrived on the set date. The crew was very good. They started early and did a great job. I waited a couple of months for some heavy rains before making this post. We have had no issues with leaks or other issues. Appreciate the great job at a fair price.
