The crew at All Dry were a pleasure to work with. For a company helping cleaning up hazardous mold from my basement, they were very courteous of keeping things clean in the work area and else where. Each step was talked through so I understood what was happening during the process. It was a multi day work project. I recently purchased a property with mold. Sellers were paying the bill for the mold. Jonah came and gave an estimate and treated the property but didn’t finish. There was still evidence of mold but his counterpart said that more mold had grew in 72 hours even though isn’t a source for new mold to grow. Also said they would send pics as proof and they haven’t responded since. Would not recommend.Response: Untrue. I called you back after I got several estimates because each person asked the same question as to why you guys just stopped. You guys came back out again! And said you would send me proof and never responded to me I have text screenshots to prove it! But made sure you sent estimates for work I no longer cared about. I wanted to know why you guys didn’t finish the job!

I had a water leak on a Saturday morning. I called and Eli came to my house within about an hour. He set up his equipment and got things started for drying out the damage. They came back and checked on things a few days later and then came and picked up the equipment when it was all finished. If you want it done right the first time go with a professional company like all dry services of south Kansas City. We had a water damage claim from a bad storm that leaked through our windows and had a “preferred vendor” from our insurance company come out to remediate it. 8 months later my wife and 1 yr old son where having health issues we couldn’t kick and got an air quality test to find out the restoration company that did our initial dryout cut corners. Now we have a huge mold issue. All dry services went about and beyond what they actually quoted us and finally have a mold free home. Last week we had a sewage line backup at my job and we were in way over our heads. It was backing up through multiple drains throughout our entire bottom level. We called All Dry and they had a service van, equipment, and everything we needed to our facility in less than an hour. They extracted all the sewage water and immediately put in equipment to dry it out. Jonah and his team are awesome.
