Kevin Cosgrove is professional and made sure we had all information that was needed. He made sure to notify us when our order was processed and went out to the contractors. Due to some inclement weather we ended up having to wait a day or so but Kevin had the crew there promptly afterwards. The job was done within 8 hrs. They did a great job.

Joel Hedgepeth is an honest, trustworthy, professional and I offer my wholehearted endorsement. I met him on our street as he was finishing up an inspection for a neighbor. He offered to inspect our roof for hail damage within the hour. Joel not only found hail damage on our roof, but showed me damage on our gutters, window screens, deck and fence. He helped me file a claim with our insurance company that covered everything! We have a new roof and a new fence because of Joel.

EDIT: clear signs of improving. Would engage again with notable communication stipulations. Crew that came out was great and did solid (as far as I can tell) work - tho again poor scheduling.OriginalPoor communication, trespassing, poor scheduling.They are a contractor that seems to have no real line of communication with the crews they hire. The work crew they hired were very nice and did good work.If you go with this company, just be prepared for them to start wandering around your property and roof unscheduled and unannounced, for the crew to surprise you in the early a.m., and for the salesman- contractor to have no real communication or control over the work crew.says regarding timing, scheduling,UPDATE: I have interior damage from the roof work, and there has been no communication on when/how it's getting fixed, only that it will be. And more crews showing up unannounced when I'm not home.

I was initially hesitant, but Yusef did a great job taking care of us. He helped us every step of the way with our first insurance claim. Did what I believed to be the impossible and got our out of pocket down from $10,000 to $2,000 on a new roof. Communication was solid the entire way and even after the roof was complete.
