Fabulous job! They scheduled me right away and took their time going over everything my home needed. Francisco even had a better color idea than I did! He also got me in touch with a company they outsource to, in order to get my home safe, at the lowest price. (Instead of overcharging me, or worse, letting me find out later on there was wood rot!) The crew was so kind, fast and cleaned up very well! Francisco even came by the next day to look at the completed job. It’s very hard to find companies these days with the passion, kindness, perfectionism and care that BEST ROOFING KC has. Back in October we had a large hailstorm that hit south Blue Springs and caused a lot of damage to our entire neighborhood. Since we just bought our house, we had no idea where to look to locate a great company to take care of our damage. Francisco at Best Roofing KC is super simple to work with. We had them fix a big issue on our personal home as well as do some pretty custom standing seam roofing on our office building. I was impressed how regardless of the intricacy of a project or its size Francisco was able to solve the issue for us and bring what we envisioned to life. I really enjoyed him and his team. Needed a repair on a rooftop pipe that was damaged in a recent storm. I called around to several companies and was given estimates that were extreme and/or they needed to do some work on their customer service (organization, communication, etc..)When I called Best Roofing KC, I was pleasantly surprised and relived to have a quick response to my inquire. I had someone out the next day to give me a reasonable quote and immediately emailed the quote to me for confirmation. The actual time to repair came quicker than first estimated. I’m sure some of that was due to the owner realizing I needed the fix done before a snow fall that could cause more damage if my pipe wasn’t fixed.I would HIGHLY recommend this company to my friends and family!The owner and crew were easy to work with and very professional. Best Roofing Kansas City repaired my roof leak in about 3.5 hours with total professionalism. They came for inspection, gave me a quote, and asked when I wanted it done They were on time, let me know when they arrived, and never bothered me after that, which was great, because I worked the night before and needed to get some sleep. I had hired another Roofer for the job, but they didn't answer my calls or texts, and were no-shows for the job. They also tried to charged me through Angi, but I got my money back. I had absolutely no problems with Best Roofing Kansas City. Everything was quick, easy, and done correctly, and the price was very reasonable.
