After our dishwasher unexpectedly flooded and caused a lot of damage, our insurance assigned us to FCR. I have always been a bit skeptic of why people chose to go through contractors, but now I get it. Cory was great. He was super responsive, very kind, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. He assigned us Wilmers Painting crew and they did AMAZING on our cabinets. Never in a million years did I think my cabinets would look this good. They were also very kind and worked HARD. We are so happy with our cabinets! Then we were assigned Mariano's flooring crew and all I have to say is WOW! They were precise and worked just as hard as the painters. I cannot believe the transformation in my house, and I cannot believe how good of an experience we had. Thank you FCR, and especially thanks to Cory for being so helpful throughout this entire process. We didn't make it easy! We were so stressed, and FCR really took the stress off. Thank you to Wilmer & Mariano for your great work and for turning our home into OUR home. We just love it!!

We used FCR on an insurance claim related to garage door replacement after vehicle accident. They just finished siding our house and it dramatically enhanced the “street view” and has already helped heating costs. They will be installing several new windows as well. Frank and his crews at FCR were great to work with. Prior to our window install, we found that the sheathing (hidden behind the vinyl siding) and studs were rotten. Frank sent a crew out to replace the rim joist, underlayment, studs, drywall and siding. They did great. Then they were able to install 2 large windows which look exactly like we hoped . We had a mini-disaster due to a water leak in our bathroom and FCR had it resolved quickly and properly. They took care of it with no drama and had it done in time for our guests that will be staying in the rooms that were affected. FCR was recommended by our insurance agent State Farm. Our son had an accident running the car into our second garage and we needed repairs. Garage door was delayed for months which is understandable. The paint we provided didn't match the house. I didn't notice it at first but there is a difference. I reach out and ask to get it repaired and I thought we were just waiting for a good day with all the rain in KC. Then I get an email from my insurance company with a payment. A text the next day saying that my insurance approved painting the entire front of my home. Not good communication and I was told that this was the only way to make it right. The optics are just poor. Get paid to fix the color and even more business and work to paint the front of the home. I am quite certain we can get the paint matched and will just use someone else to fix this issue. The workers are good quality but integrity and communication are very important to me.

We initially were very pleased with FCR. They replaced our entire roof two years ago the job appeared to be done well. They gave us a lifetime warranty. Two months ago, a piece of the trim tore off. We have called and e-mailed them and they have not responded. We DO NOT recommend this company.

Pipes burst and toilet overflowed. After mitigation I met with Cory. He eased all my fears as a new homeowner who knows almost nothing about home repairs. Cory was always quick to answer any messages I sent and stayed on top of the job. Made this arduous task seem more manageable. The crews worked quickly and diligently to get my home back in order. This included drywall, painting, and installing flooring. The job was finished a little before I thought it would be and I am thrilled with the outcome. Discovered a water spot on a ceiling indicating a leaking roof. Called a few different roofing companies and selected FCR as they were by far the most responsive. Answered the phone on the first call, took my information and a project manager called me back very promptly. Performed an inspection that day and reviewed options with me. Presented an invoice for the option I selected and then performed the work in a timely manner. They actually did more than expected at no additional cost. I hired them to build my tiled deck last Fall and the job was completed this Spring. The company offer two years no leak warranty. When I found deck was still leaking after rain on 8/31/2020, I took pictures and video and sent to them asking for repair immediately. Many texts and phone calls. No reply. Office visits. No use. Almost a month passed, I am still patiently waiting them to call me back.

We used FCR Roofing and Construction for repairs to our deck due to age as well as rot caused by guttering water drip. Cory was the project manager that came to our home - on time - and discussed many options with me on 1) how to prolong the life of my current deck with some cost effective repairs and 2) options for the eventual replacement with man-made materials. My husband and I have recently had some bad experiences with other projects and researched FCR before asking for them to come and offer a bid for work. We are so pleased with the results and service provided! The crew that came to do the work did an exceptional job that exceeded our expectations. We have extended the life of our deck and will call on Cory and FCR when we're ready to design and replace our deck. Highly recommend them!

FCR came highly recommended to me by my boss, so I had high expectations. The initial contact went great, and they were out to my home to give us an estimate and review damage very quickly, working directly with our insurance company for any additional items that needed to be added to the estimate. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, it was a lot harder to get in touch or receive call backs from FCR timely, so that could be improved upon. When the installers came, they were able to finish our roof in one day, and for the most part, everything was cleaned up well. We only found one nail in our driveway! We haven't had any rain yet, but I am hopeful that we won't experience any problems with our newly installed roof. Follow-up from the company after installation was quick and efficient, although they want to get paid so that is expected. Everyone I've spoken to has been kind and professional.
