Cody was very patient and helpful in reviewing the insurance payoffs with me. He showed up early for meetings, met with insurance adjustors to identify all damages and supervised the entire construction of the roof replacements with great care, cleaned up debris and picked up all nails for two of my properties. Roof installations can be messy and nerve wracking but I’m so glad I found Shamrock because they made the whole experience seamless and absolutely painless for me. William Little was nothing short of awesome and was supportive through the entire process right from working with the insurance company all the way to post installation assessments. I worked with Matt B. from beginning to end in getting a new roof. Matt explained everything in depth and communicated clearly and often throughout the process. The turnaround time was less than a couple weeks from initial consult to the end of the project. The crew got done in a day's time. Matt is awesome and so is Shamrock. Shamrock had been working in our neighborhood and Javier and Nyasha asked if they could inspect our roof for hail damage. I was surprised at the amount of damage they found. We had our insurance adjuster take a look and confirmed the damage. We chose Shamrock because of their professionalism and honesty and Javier took over the project. Everything about the repair went smoothly and Javier made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Completely new roof done in a day and a half as promised. Javier returned to make sure we were happy and wanted to know if there was anything else we needed. The only extra attention needed was to check for any nails missed in the initial clean up. Javier immediately came over and swept the yard twice more and told us to not hesitate to call him if we had any concerns. Javier and his team did a great job and I would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing and Construction.

Almost. Now nails that were covered up are poking through the iwb and shingles tearing holes in the new portion and the portion from November. Come back out for fix number 5 please.(I'd still like a phone call from Tom or even Garren)

Very hands on personal experience. All questions answered, even ones they didn’t handle. The roof was done in under 24 hours and it’s a BIG roof. Gutters were done a couple days later in an 8 hour workday. Everyone was polite and on time. Rare these days… The job is done and I can still ask anything I need to. I have personally recommended them to well over 10 of my family and friends who had hail damage in the storm we had! Great job!!!

Our experience with Shamrock was outstanding. First and foremost Shamrock was the ONLY roofing company that returned a call or email request for an estimate. From the first meeting with Donny he guided and helped my husband and I through this whole crazy process. We had received a letter from our new homeowners insurance company telling us we had to replace our roof or lose coverage. We did not know how in the world we were going to make it happen. Donny guided us through the entire process from start to finish. The Shamrock roofing crew did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the experience. I very strongly recommend getting in touch with Donny Chester if you need a roof repaired or replaced.

Our roof was completed by a sub contractor which they did not tell me was going to be the case. The roof looks great, but their finish work was horrible. They cut into my siding, which in my opinion was unnecessary. They left saw marks, wavy cuts and exposed wood/siding. The final caulking was very sub par and there were ladder marks on my house. If I had the opportunity, I would not use them again. I am still working through the issues so I'm not sure how all this will turn out. Plenty of pictures to share.

We could not be more pleased with the job Shamrock Roofing did in replacing our hail-damaged roof. First, one of Shamrock’s project managers, Javier Contreras, alerted us to the possibility that our roof might have hail damage like other roofs in our neighborhood that Shamrock had inspected. After Javier confirmed that to be the case, he then worked directly with our insurance company to make sure our claim was complete and in shape to be approved. Communication was excellent. Javier thoroughly explained the entire process to us and quickly responded to any questions we had at the outset and all the way through completion. He supervised the project and followed through on everything he said he would do. The project was competed in two days (as we were told it would be) and we ended up with a nice, new 30 year roof. The clean-up was thorough leaving no indication that a construction project had just taken place. Javier did a great job of building trust with us and then following through accordingly.

I called SHAMROCK ROOFING to look at My roof and Daniel Clarke came out to My house to inspect the roof. He was very knowledgeable, professional and forthright about what needed to be done. I ended up paying for the roof Myself, insurance would only pay for a small portion of the damage, but, I wouldn’t go to just ANY roofing company, I stayed with SHAMROCK. From the beginning to end. The office personnel, the crew, the contractors, they are all “TOP NOTCH” and I didn’t want to scrimp just because the INSURANCE COMPANY didn’t want to pay. The roof and gutters are a great improvement to this 63 year old house!! Call SHAMROCK ROOFING, You won’t be disappointed!! Thank You Daniel for making this a less “stressful” experience. We interviewed 4 roofing companies. Shamrock was the only company that actually gave us a detailed outline of exactly what the project was going to cost and that's exactly what they charged us in the end. Byron was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was around when the work was being done. The roof was completed within days of signing the contract. Materials were delivered on Monday and the roof was done, completely, in one day, on Wednesday. Fillipe and his crew were hardworking, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were careful not to damage plants or windows. They cleaned up as they went and at the end. Leftover materials were removed the next day. My husband and I were 100% pleased and would reccommend Shamrock without reservation.

Shamrock took care of us after a hail storm this previous year! They did an awesome job replacing our room. We live in a small ranch style home, and they had the work done within a day, including tear off. Their crew even caught a couple issues (a broken rafter, and a faulty furnace exhaust chimney) and were able to take care of the work for us! The owner reached out personally to talk me thru the things they found, and explain their process so I was completely informed what was going on. Very impressed! Felt taken care of.I worked directly with Mar, and he is a joy to be around! Energetic, easy to communicate with and very responsive when you need him. All smiles all the time! Definitely the guy you want to be interfacing with during a project like this! We need more joyful young men like this working with homeowners! He was honest, kind and prompt.Will definitely be recommending Shamrock in the future!

I can't speak to the quality of the roofers, but I would be hesitant to do business with this company. Within hours of scheduling my inspection, the representative called to say he was double booked and requested to reschedule- understandable, things happen. I allowed him to pick the time for the reschedule, and he simply never showed up and never followed up. I certainly could have called in to look for updates or a reason for the no-call no-show, but in a process that has so many moving parts like replacing a roof through insurance, would I really want to continue to try to do business with a company that couldn't reliably complete the first step?
