His team was great and left the work site clean each day. Large team on site to quickly complete the job in a high quality manner. Dalton was on site daily to answer all questions. The crew did a fantastic job with our siding & painting--very efficient, no issues when we had to add a few items to the work plan, daily cleanup...came back quickly to perfect one small item (our house numbers!), all done with ease and smiles. If I could give this company 100 stars I would!!! The owner is extremely upfront, responsive, kind and delivered outstanding results on our house siding. His contracting crew was quick, meticulous, and efficient. I never leave reviews but I had to take the time so everyone could know how impressive this company is and how over the moon we are looking at our house now. One of the BEST decisions I have ever made was that I chose Sure Point Exteriors for my siding project. Dalton is the owner and led me through the selection and installation process step by step (and more than just once). From our initial meeting, he was fair and honest and I felt so comfortable putting all my trust in him and his company.Sure Point replaced all my windows, siding/trim, stone around the garage and painted all the soffits/fascia, gutters and doors. There were no hidden add-on's or surprises and did not charge me outside of the quote. It was a complete transformation and they literally delivered a brand-new house to me when they were done. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out and I smile every time I pull into the driveway and see my house.The crew was hard working, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and beyond talented with their skill. There were no corners cut and their attention to detail was spot on. They did things I never would have known needed to be done (such as wood rot where I did not realize there even was any) & were kind about quickly addressing things my OCD eyes could not get past. Dalton is a professional class act and literally held my hand every step of the way. He is a hands-on business owner - from before, during and after the project, he was either on site or just a phone call or text away and replied immediately when I had questions or asked for explanations on things. I was very happy with the work that Surepoint did on my home. I had the siding replaced in the back of the house where there was woodpecker damage using James Hardy siding, had the back windows replaced and then a new deck. The crew was there on a timely basis and always cleaned up after. Dalton always responded to texts and phone calls on a timely basis. The work they did was “top shelf.” I am very happy with the finished product. It was a very positive experience.

The Sure Point Exteriors team did a fantastic job replacing 22 windows installing James Hardie siding on our entire home. From the start the owner, Dalton was on site to insure he understood the project and that all of our questions were answered. His team members were prompt, professional and did an outstanding job down to the last detail. They kept the job site neat and clean and were respectful of our time particularly when replacing windows which can be a bit of a mess inside. The attention to detail was fantastic. The decision to use Hardie Board for your home is to make an investment in your property. Many companies are available to hire in the Kansas City area. The product will be consistent with any of these companies. I felt the company I chose was the most important part of my decision. I did find the bids varied with their price range and the details of what the scale of work would be completed with the different companies. I worked with Dalton Silvia, the owner of the company. Sure Point. He provided and detailed bid of the scale of work. For any concerns or questions I had, Dalton added the information to the contract. He responded immediately and politely.The crew that completed the work on our home was perhaps the best part of the entire process. They arrived early and worked quietly and neatly each day. I had to do nothing to prepare for the project. They removed all exterior decorations and furniture and returned it to the exact locations. They left our property clean and picked up each evening. Our house looks amazing. My husband and I are pleased with the decision to use Sure Point. Months after we completed the project, my husband needed information for our taxes. Dalton responded and worked with my husband to answer his questions about a tax credit. .

Dalton and his team installed James Hardie siding on my house. Dalton was great at communicating with me through the whole process. He coordinated with other projects on my house and showed me other homes he had finished so I could choose the perfect color. His team showed up as promised and immediately removed 2 old layers of siding and wrapped some of it in the first day. One of the best experiences I've had with hiring a contractor. Had several siding companies come and provide bids and SurePoint was the winner by far. Dalton was quick to respond (on the off chance that he didn't answer his phone), his crew worked hard and safe throughout the project. The workmanship of Sure Point is superior quality. Before the team leave for the day, they will make sure that your yard is clean and no debris. First I was worried about this whole house siding project but after seeing the Sure Point warranty vs the other provider written warranty and plus Dalton explanation in layman term way like the way I understand it, so I choose Sure Point. It’s great to talk to someone that knows what they’re doing. First I was worried because this was a big investment/expense but it's actually a worry free project if they’re done by Sure Point. Dalton is super easy to work with and just a phone call away and text and you will get a response immediately. I’m not sure how he manage his schedule but every morning he stopped by and even during noon and/or afternoon and he’s a hands-on and knows every detail of the project.

I got bids from six different companies to replace four windows and to put James Hardie siding on my house. SurePoint Exteriors was right in the middle pricewise, which I consider to be a good thing. The owner, Dalton, gave me the estimate himself. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very polite and well-mannered, he even removed his shoes before he came into the house. He was super knowledgeable about doing exterior work in general and the Hardie product in particular. He answered all of my questions patiently and expertly. SurePoint had the highest number and best overall reviews of the companies that I looked at. Once I hired them, Dalton was able to fit me into his schedule in just a couple of months which was perfect for us. He even juggled some work to accommodate our door replacement (by another contractor) which was delayed. His crew showed up on time every day that they were here. They were all very hard-working, friendly and polite. I spent a lot of time walking around the house watching them work and I found them to be professional at all times. I could tell they consider themselves to be craftsmen and not just laborers. It was very apparent that they wanted to get every detail of the job just right and to make sure that I was happy with the result. Well, I couldn’t be happier. The house looks fantastic! It’s a joy to look at it when we come home and I can’t even tell you the piece of mind that I get knowing that the JH siding will probably last over 25 years with basically no maintenance. I also know that I can call Dalton up anytime if anything does come up. If you are considering redoing the exterior of your house, I definitely think that James Hardie is the way to go. It’s a little more expensive than most of the other alternatives but it's a quality product. I also don’t think you are going to find a better installer than SurePoint Exteriors. I highly recommend them!

This summer, Dalton and his crew took on the monumental task of transforming our nearly 60 year-old home into one that looked brand new. The project involved new Hardie siding, new windows, new doors, a new wall, new gutters and new stone work, plus the removal of TWO layers of old siding.The crew was knowledgeable, fast without rushing, and incredibly nice. Our project took a couple of weeks, and by the end, we were sad to see them go. We had no idea our house could be so beautiful when we bought it.We did get bids from multiple vendors. We selected Dalton because he was very transparent about each line item, and he had a vast network of service providers for all the additional work that wasn't covered by his team. After the project was done, he inspected the work himself, having the guys touch up seals that we didn't even see. The team took great pride in the their work and it shows. We definitely recommend working with them and would do so again in a heartbeat.
