Contact your local Salina Kansas Cleary company for details, salesman Cord, and District supervisor Don out of Colorado for details! Untreated support wood below ground level, chalk line marks after 1 1/5 year on siding baked in, “they will wash off”, shims on roof to make up the difference! Deleted comments on their FB page! Better yet reach out to us, we will be happy to give you a “tour show” of THIER building they want you to put THEIR name on!

Clearly team was great to work with and build a great building. Their materials and craftsmanship are great. Cord and team was easy to work with and addressed any issues or questions that came up. Only ding is the timeline slid a few times due to crew availability and weather. That said, couldn't be happier with the building.
