As of this date, this company owes over 2 million dollars to subcontractors and suppliers for jobs that they already received Federal and State tax-payer money. They are unscrupulous at best. Several contractors across the State have had to file claims on their bonds-- of which they have been dropped for excessive claims and poor performance. Their work is sub-par. Their business practice is scandalous. They should be disbarred from receiving any tax-payer money.

Today, their crew was doing concrete work on a street in Lawrence, they failed to put up a temporary stop sign at a four ways stop. This was right by a school, putting both kids and any pedestrian at risk as cars blew through the intersection.When it was politely mentioned to a manager on site that one needed to be added. One of the workers made obscene, sexual motions indicating that the request was questionable. Not a quality organization or crew.

This company does not do business with honesty and integrity. They hire people to do a job and bail on the bill. It says allot about the future of a business. Try paying your bills, nobody likes to work for free.
