Very, very rude "service". We came in to ask about subfloor for our kitchen. The guy behind the counter didn't greet or even acknowledge us when we came in.After finishing up with one customer, he went on to the next, still not even saying a word to or even looking at us. When this gentleman wanted to look at something in the back, he pointed to us and said "I don't want to take away from these people".The man behind the counter grumbled "Eh, there's a couple of guys working around here somewhere, I don't know where," and left us alone. Never said a single word to us. We have a lot of renovations to do on our house. Guess I'll drive a little further to a store with decent customer service.

This is by far the best lumber yard in a 150 mile radius. This is due to the best customer service I've experienced in a lumber yard/hardware store. Prices are higher than a box store, but less than other hardware stores in the 150 mile radius. Greatest people in the business.
