Each time, able to fit me in, showed what they were doing and the call was appropriately priced, which is why I've had them out to quote a new system. Professional and not pushy. Priced two systems for me and am reviewing them.

We called Mission after 3 or 4 other places given an AC emergency. They said they could come same day on a Sunday and even showed up earlier than projected. We had a very complex issue that previous companies either overlooked or ignored. Chris was thorough, patient, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He went above and beyond and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain everything on a level that I understood. Oh and he fixed our issues!!! We were so happy with the service we didn’t hesitate to sign up for the annual maintenance program. A wonderful experience during a stressful time.

Mission PHC was amazing! The scheduling was seamless and Luis was very nice and professional. His teammate was also very professional and knowledgeable. They gave us multiple options that we could go over and figure out what we could afford, explained everything in detail, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was nervous about calling a plumber but I am SO GLAD we called Mission.

Mark provided us with an excellent presentation of our replacement furnace and air conditioner system options. Once we made our selection he arranged for installation of the new system the following Monday. The price was outstanding and we are delighted. It was also fun to visit with Mark about life in general.Tom and David showed up Monday at 8AM and quickly and efficiently installed the new furnace and air conditioning system. They removed the old system and cleaned up well. They kept us informed throughout the process, added a file holder on the induct for us to keep the equipment documentation, and straightened out the water heater exhaust duct. It was an excellence experience with two experienced technicians completing the job in about 6 hours. We are very pleased with our experience with Mission PHC and highly recommend them.

I have called Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for several plumbing repairs, and each of them was a positive experience. They respond quickly, and their staff clearly know their trade. This time was for a stopped drain and Zach responded. He’s polite, professional, and helped us understand the issues we were dealing with. They had an opening available prior to our scheduled appointment, so we were able to get our issue fixed several days before we thought we would. I highly recommend Mission PHC and Zach!

Had a leak with my humidifier on my furnace. I purchased this unit package with AC, furnace and humidifier with Mission 6 years ago. I had no trouble until today. Super Bowl Sunday. Called at 10am and received service on it within 2 hours. A very smooth and easy process. The price was inexpensive for the fix and took less than 20 minutes, to fix it. Knowledgeable and great customer service. Especially on a Sunday when Chiefs fans are living it up.

Jordan was prompt, courteous and explained his plumbing concerns very well. 👍🏼 Followed up with a quoted estimate as promised.Follow-up visit from Steven to do create an entry to a sewer stack and help with a hydro jetting of the sewer pipes. Prompt and courteous. He communicated clearly what would need to be done. ✔️Update: Had our sewer line pipes replaced. Pipes were under concrete in basement and garage. The three technicians all did an excellent job very quickly! 2 1/2 days. Completely clean! No more sewer smells! Excellent communication, too.

Very communicative and reliable. From the first contact until the job is done they keep you informed. I wasn’t upsold or overcharged. Austin explained the issue, gave me options and scenarios. When it turned out to be the easiest and least expensive, that’s what he quickly fixed and didn’t make it a huge repair issue like some places do. So thankful I chose Mission Heating and Cooling. Will definitely refer and use again.

Quick response on a weekend when we suddenly had no hot water. Tried to fix the problem but we ultimately decided to just replace our very old water heater. Again, done same day by only one person! And he also found a hole in the vent which of course he replaced, thank goodness! Would definitely recommend.

Mike Carter from Mission came by to replace a valve under my kitchen sink. Just the nicest guy, and did the job so quickly, perfectly and effortlessly I was stunned. The price was right, too. I called last week, made an appointment for this week. No one arrived today, so I decide call them 3 hours after our appointment to request an update.I’m told apparently I called during their “answering service” which “they commonly override the schedule.” The woman acted like it was my fault this all happened, didn’t respond when I asked why she didn’t contact ME when she discovered this and then told me the next available appointment isn’t for 5 months.What a terrible experience so far, I was trying to become a new “valued” customer, but no thank you. I called up a competitor, that actually had better reviews, got scheduled for 2 weeks out, zero issues.

Austin was very helpful & resolved problem with clogged drain line to furnace causing water build up. I called the office and they set my appointment between 2-4 PM. Austin actually was able to come earlier which was great.He was attentive and listened to my concerns. He performed the needed unclogging the drain hose and also cleaned the outside ac unit to be sure everything was working ok. Everything was covered by our Home Comfort Plan. Glad we purchased it. Love Mission! They do a great job. We do the biannual comfort membership and it’s affordable and worth it to be preventive. Our technician Dustin is always helpful, thorough, and informative. He seems to really care and isn’t pushy with purchases. We have even had an issue where our heater suddenly wouldn't turn on and someone was out within 2 hrs on a Saturday! We have used this company for 2 years and very happy.

Our tech, John Howze, was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accomodating! He installed an air scrubber for us. The process was painless. Post-installation, he walked through everything we should know about it. Would definitely recommend him for anything HVAC.

My technician & visit were great! (There were two Mikes on the list, but that wasn’t him. My technician’s name was Michael.) He was very kind and informative. He knew what to do right away and was able to fix my concern within minutes. He was helpful and efficient. I originally scheduled a different company, but after calling Mission, they were much friendlier and REASONABLE! The price was $100 less than their competitors for the flat rate. We did our A/C startup a few days ago. Had a new furnace and A/C installed in January but wanted to wait until it was warmer to start the A/C. Gary Daniel was the tech that came out to do it. Normally I'm there when they come but I couldn't be there this time. My wife called and said he was done and, she enjoyed the visit. She said Gary was awesome! I've never had a bad word to say about all the work Mission has done for us. Great group of people! One other thing. We were scheduled for the 23rd. Well, remember those 85+ degree days we had? I called and talked to them on the 15th. It didn't look like I was going to get an earlier date but they would try. That same morning, Andy called me and asked if anyone would be home a few hours later. He ended up getting Gary out that day on the 15th after all. I want to also thank Andy for the great service! Did I mention my wife was happy with the cool air?? You know the saying, Happy wife, happy life?

Fantastic experience. I called Mission Plumbing on Tuesday, the individual who answered the phone had incredible customer service. They were able to get out and quote my job the very same day! Then the next day they completed the full job in great fashion, before 4pm! Everyone I spoke with was superbly pleasant and the price was over $1600 cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. We’ve needed a new AC and Furnace for years but what we had was always good enough. I’m also someone who has done most of the work on my house by myself. So trusting someone to come in and do such a huge project for a substantial amount of money was nerve-racking.I got three estimates and one of the reasons I went with Mission was due to the professionalism of their estimate process. A man name Craig came into my house took numerous pictures spent significant time in the crawlspace, drawing and measuring exactly what they would need to do. None of the other two companies did that they looked at it and then sent me an estimate.All three estimates were fairly comparable in amounts and what we would be getting. Mission did a little better and what they could offer in the mid range. Both Craig and the office manager were very responsive and set up our install in very short order.The day of the installation they arrived on time and worked constantly until they were done. It took the better part of 8 to 9 hours. Then the installer took the time to show me how everything works, what changes are necessary in the winter versus the summer, and even fixed a light fixture in the crawl space that had been busted for years! I believe his name was Steven.Everyone I interacted with at Mission was professional, courteous, honest, and seemed genuinely glad to be providing the service to me.I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.
