Jerrica at MY ROOF KC is nothing short of awesome. She is very professional, honest, and responded to all my inquiries quickly. She gave me an excellent (self pay) price estimate which she stood by 2 months later because of weather. The crew took off 2 layers of shingles and added new to the roof all in one day. The new shingles looks beautiful and the area was cleaned as no had been around to work on anything. I highly recommend calling MY ROOF KC if your home needs a new roof. Highly recommend! Had our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage. The whole process went very smooth and I truly believe it was because they seemed to actually care about the customer.Adrian, Benny and Jerrica were professional and knowledgeable keeping us informed of each step. They were there when the insurance adjuster was assessing damage to our roof, the supplies were delivered, the roof being installed and the final inspection. My Roof Kansas City gave me the best service ever. They were quick to give me a bid and even quicker to replace the roof. I believe it was 48 hours tops to replace roof, clean up and install the gutters. These guys were awesome! Benny and Adrian took the time to explain everything that was going to happen - and it happened exactly as they said. Both came and inspected what was going on throughout the day - and Benny came back the following day to walk us around the house and made sure we were happy.
