The new doors and windows that were installed by Window Design and Remodeling co. for us are beautiful! The entire process was very smooth from the in-home consultation to the install, and even the new updated trim they installed inside and out! This was the second time we had used this company and we’re extremely happy both times. All of the people that we dealt with were extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

Our master bath was updated, and we added a screened porch last fall. We enjoy both … especially the porch, which is like having a whole new room! We had a onyx shower installed by Window Design and Remodeling. We had an extremely positive experience. Our sales representative Aaron was wonderful. He truly went above and beyond to help us. The install crew was great. They showed up on time and worked the entire day. We have remodeled our whole house this year, this has given me lots of prospective on contractors and trades. I am extremely happy with Window Design and Remodeling. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

We do not bother getting other estimates; this is our third experience using Window Design & Remodeling Company in the past 15 years. Our parents used them initially in the late 1990's and both our adult children have used them since we have. They are professional, courteous, friendly and punctual with their services. We have gotten siding, gutters, downspouts, windows, storm doors, front doors, casement windows, bay windows, easement windows, awning windows and picture windows. We will definitely use them for future projects should we decide to do a sun room, basement or bath remodel. Bill Wheatley and his crews are an asset to the company.

The building crew did a great one small thing to finish. Saleman set a time to meet me and never showed up until the next day. Said he was busy, but he could have called or text. Said he way sorry but didn't act like it. I got a call from senior management today and said he was sorry for his salesman, made he feel like they really care about their customers. And said the small thing would be taken care of as soon as possible. THANKS FOR CARING!!!!

Window Design & Remodeling was the only company to come up with an acceptable plan for screening in our patio. They were very helpful in explaining various elements that were required to meet code. Several years ago we hired Window Design to replace half of the windows and doors in our home. A few years later when one of the windows started to collect condensation between the two panes of glass and they promptly replaced the window at no cost. Last week I had them come out and install the other half of the windows. I couldn’t be happier. The folks at Window Design and Remodeling have always been prompt, courteous, and do excellent work. The prices are competitive and they leave the property as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.

Siding on the east part of our house was replaced, painted once needs to be painted one more time when the weathercooperates.We had our kitchen, dining room and our den hardwood floors installed in each of these rooms we chose a 3.5-in hardwood red oak light colored to match the other woods in our house. These guys were awesome! Kyle, Jon and the rest of the crew were professional, educational and a joy to be around. My 7yr old and my 5yr old took to them very quickly and the 5yr old and named Jon, "Papa Jon". I think the thing that stood out most to me was the condition they left their work site (our house and property) in after they left each day. Our windows took three days to replace and, except for the things that didn't make sense to reinstall till the end, my house looked like they were never here at the end of the day. If you are looking to remodel or upgrade, I highly recommend giving Window Design a call.Pictures to come as it is dark as I type this and not good lighting for windows.

Window Design & Remodeling recently remodeled our whole 1st level. New kitchen, new floor, new fireplace, added a barn door, new bathrooms and replaced a shower/tub with a walk in shower. We worked with Mike Watkins and could not have asked for a better person to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He also has the ability to think things through and make changes to make everything flow better. The work crews are fantastic. They were all very professional and great to work with. WDR crew just replaced 5 windows at our residence. The crew was well organized and worked smart. They put up with my oversight and questions. Retired engineers can be a nuisance :). There was the possibility of water damage which we anticipated and they addressed it quickly at essentially the cost of material. Good job.
