Paul did an absolutely amazing job dealing with our insurance company and arranging the whole project. He was present for every phase of the process and always available for questions and information. Paul is a consummate professional and has tremendous care for his job and his customers.Paul dealt directly with our claims adjuster and was a tremendous intermediary, especially when the insurance company tried to say that we owed them money back from the project. Paul instantly got his bosses and the owners of the company involved and their correspondence was prompt and very helpful. AKC Pros excels in professionalism, coordination and dedication to their craft and their customers.Upon moving into our new home less than a year ago, we learned the old roof had been improperly installed and did not have adequate venting. The attic space was essentially cooking the roof and despite being only 8 years old it had aged well beyond that. Paul gave us a free inspection and estimate and determined that we had hail damage. He dealt directly with our claims adjuster and the project was completed in less than 2 weeks. We did not pay a single penny out of pocket as Paul and his team got us a properly installed, high quality roof. I cannot recommend AKC Pros enough or speak too highly of their customer service. They made the process extremely smooth and we are very pleased with the look and reliability of our new roof. Thank you very much Paul and AKC Pros!

I am so glad I found AKC and Paul Michael Davis. They turned something that could have been extremely stressful into a breeze! The next day after the hail damage to my house, they were luckily outside and helped me get started on filing a claim so quickly. Usually, I have anxiety and probably would not have filed that soon if someone like Paul wasn’t there to help and show me the damages to my house. They are a LOCAL company and after he warned me many people would be coming from different states trying to get my business. I had four different people come to my door that day with most of them from out of town. AKC made it an easy conversation about what had happened instead of a sales pitch. In the past, being a single woman, i have usually been taken advantage of by sales companies. However, they did everything and more. One of the first companies I’ve been able to feel that way about! We were blessed to have Paul Davis come out and inspect our roof. He came out took photos and handled the communication between our home owners insurance, taking all the stress off of us. He's been top of the line professional in all of his communication with not only the insurance company but with us as well. He was able to not only get approval for our roof to be repaired, but also our outbuilding roof replaced and water damaged ceilings repaired. We couldn't of done it without him. I have very much appreciated the manner in which Paul Davis has handled my claim thus far. Everything has been explained to my satisfaction and he has helped me in how to handle the claim with my insurance company. Now waiting on copy of the contracts, expenses and billing information. Also need small gutter guard replaced the was broken off during roofing as well as checking the flashing placed around my chimney to ensure it is properly sealed against moisture.

We called a few weeks ago because we have had a leak for a little while. Paul came out and took a look at it the very same day! He's such a nice guy and very professional. He helped us create a claim with our insurance company and helped work with them to get us the best opportunity to get it repaired. State Farm was a nightmare to deal with, but Josh at AKC Pros did the hard work so I didn’t have to. Then when my bid came in way below what we expected, Josh worked with State Farm to make sure I got every penny I deserved. My new roof looks beautiful and I didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket! I am pretty picky when it comes to who works on our home! From the start I felt comfortable talking to Paul Davis about getting a new roof. He was patient, respectful, kind and answered all of my questions. I feel that he is knowledgeable and someone we can trust with our house! So glad we found AKC PROS and we get to work with Paul!

Paul Michael came out got an inspection and God Love Him, he found the leak. It was a vent cover that blew off. He found it in the yard and put it back on for free. Then came back out a week later and screwed it in, so that it wouldn't fly off again.Then we asked him if he would clean out our gutters. He said he couldn't do it right then and would come back out and do it because he had to go to another home. And you know what, he just showed back up today with Leaf Blower in hand and clean the gutters out and when we tried to pay him, he wouldn't take any money.I don't know what you people are putting in the water at AKC PROS but keep doing it because Paul Michael says that he works with the best and everyone there would drop everything to help anybody.AKC PROS is the awesome but this Paul Michael Davis..... We're kind of partial with this one. He's the BEST!God Bless, AKC PROS!

So far, great process and positive experience. Paul Michael Davis has done a great job doing all the legwork for me with the insurance company. He went to bat for me when the insurance company was only going to replace 20 shingles and showed the them that they could not match my current shingles. I haven’t had to do anything. It’s good to have someone battling for you that knows what they’re doing. My hope is that the insulation process will go just as smooth as the quoting process. I have no doubt that it will. As often happens on big jobs, not everything went perfectly. There was the occasional miscommunication about when someone would be at our home to do the work. There were some minor mistakes with the roof and the gutters here and there. That's the honest truth. And it's also the truth to say that this company did everything in their power to make up for the things that didn't go perfectly by consistently working on our roof until I was totally and completely satisfied. Between the roofing crew, the gutter crew, the painters, the account manager and the insurance company, that's a lot of working parts. To expect everything to go 100% perfect is ridiculous. So I'm not going to write a review that says that happened. The important thing you should know is that Heather and Chris Ward worked tirelessly (often communicating with me on evenings and weekends) to make my happy. I highly recommend them. SIX STARS!

Josh was so kind to see the for sale sign in my yard and stopped to tell me there was hail damage in the area from the storm the night before. I had no idea, but after assessing the house, it was clear I had damage too. Josh was fabulous through the entire process and completed all of the work more than a week before closing! AKC just finished replacing the roof on our house. Reggie was super easy to work with and made the process very simple. After he looked at our roof and we contacted our insurance company, he came back out to walk the roof with the insurance adjustor and met with me on their findings. I contacted AKC Pros because I noticed some water staining on my ceiling. They sent Lee out and he got on my roof to see what was going on. He found and showed me all the places where the roof was 'spongy' and there were places where water was able to get in. He then gave me a recommendation and helped me understand how to work with my insurance company to get the best possible solution. I'm still waiting to hear back from my insurance rep but I plan on using AKC Pros when I do.
