We were extremely pleased with the service provided. Rylan answered his phone and called back when he said he would. He showed up on time, and went the extra mile to cleans out YEARS worth of lint. He cleaned out the dryer as well. He noticed a problem with the vent connection and consulted with us before cutting some of the flooring and wall to make our dryer safe. Would highly recommend! He was very polite and friendly. He laid down thick tarps all through the living room and as a pathway to the door, to make sure not to get soot or ash tracked through the house. Got right to work, even went up on the roof and inside the attic to inspect and make sure there were no issues or fire hazards so I could feel safe using my fireplace all winter. The cherry on top - he even cleaned the creosote and smudge off my glass fireplace doors!
