John and his team have built a 60'x60' steel building, a 60'x120' steel building, a 6,000 sq ft custom steel frame home, and remodeled 2 other existing commercial buildings, and even remodeled a wood cabin in Colorado in the previous 3 years for our family and businesses. Not only is he an honest and hardworking contractor, he's a unique personality that is a delight to work with. We've done over a million dollars worth of construction with his business and continue to use him for maintenance, upgrades, and remodeling. I would not use anyone else for the work.

Did a 20x28 added on of three rooms roughed in only. All walls but one were out of plumb and the framing was all out of square. On one wall he doubled the 2x4's as they got way off center and at times used material I had on hand as he did not bring adequate material and I am sure i had to pay for that twice.The center off the floor drops by more than 3/4 of an inch leaving the top plate out of contact with the rafters AND HE KNEW THAT BEFORE HE LEFT. The worst "professional" contractor job I have ever seen. Hire at your own risk.
