Needed a quick turn around on a leaking faucet and whole house instant hot water heater. Work was done quick and price was much better than another qualities I received. They did a great job cleaning up after the mess that was made to uninstall the prior heater. Two thumbs up.

I called because our sewer line was backed up. After talking with the receptionist they were able to squeeze me in that day. The employee was professional and answered all my questions. He also brought up some concerns I need to deal with (taking a tree down). I'd recommend them to anyone, thank you guys!

I have used them before and the work was fine but they need to improve communication and planning. I had a job that I needed quoted and they initially told me they would fit me in but it would not be that week. I said that was fine and assumed they would fit me in some time the following week.( keep in mind im less than a mile away) 2 more weeks went by and I still had heard nothing, just waiting money in hand to get my issue addressed. When I called for the 3rd time to see what the deal was they then tried to make an appointment with me for the estimate. Why not make the appointment from day one? Anyway I told them to forget it I will give my money to someone who wants the work.

Came out when they said they would. Had them come out and replace sump pump, cost was $387. Should have and could have put in sump pump myself for alot less. Still no quote from November, and I have a ton of other plumbing yet to do. Guess I'll have to find someone more reliable. (Previously...asked to give a quote on the other things I needed done. That was November 22nd haven't heard from them since. Called and spoke with them on December 6th about estimate of other job said that she would get it to me, it's been four weeks now still no quote, I am giving grace since it was a holiday and everyone is supper busy.)

Eugene is very very good at what he does. I recommend him everytime I need a plumber or help with something. Never had a problem with this place. The receptionist she is very awesome as well. Very understanding to!

Hot water heater went out late at night. Called first thing in the morning. And, Chew Plumbing was able to have a new one in and up to code that afternoon. Very professional, experienced, and fast! Great Job!
