In September we started plans for our project, at that time we made a large down payment and we were told concrete would be complete by the end of November and the building would be complete by the end of January. We did not hear anything from the company until November when we contacted them to ask about concrete and we were told the timeline was still happening. We had to finalize plans not only with the CAD worker from Cleary but also with the concrete company as the sales rep failed to include the egress windows in our basement. At the end of December via email after we started to get upset that still no work had been preformed on our property, we were told that "the January timeline was still happening" the concrete was stared on January 27th and completed February 16th ( 3 different crews 3 different weeks). During this time we had to reschedule the delivery of our building ourselves because our rep was on vacation and wouldn't do it for us after we told him it would be in the way of the concrete completion. The building was delivered and then sat on our property for nearly 3 weeks before a crew showed up to start erection. We contacted corporate trying to get answers and never received calls back, we have been put on the back burner with a half erected building because of an emergency that " only our foreman could fix" and we have lost thousands of dollars due to promises that were not upheld. Never again will we use or recommend this company to anyone!
