After much research on the quality of windows, warranty, craftsmanship of installation, timeliness of completion and overall satisfaction of previous customers, we chose All States Home Improvement for our recent window purchase. My husband and I absolutely could not be more pleased. The process of purchasing them from Joey was very comfortable, no high pressure, he took his time to ensure all of our questions were answered. We were kept informed about the timeline of final measurements, the order process and install, to ensure it all worked within our schedules. The BEST part of our entire experience were Bill and Derek, our installers. We cannot say enough good about these two! They were on-time, hard working, personable, conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable, I could go on. We are very particular and wanted to ensure everything was done to our liking, had lots of questions and watched their work closely. They were more than happy to engage with us, never annoyed or brushed us off, truly the best experience we have ever encountered with other tradesmen. Buying windows for our home was a real investment, not one we took lightly. All States Home Improvement did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and provided us with beautiful windows and an outstanding experience. We will be contacting them again for future projects.

Blake was our representative. He was very friendly and accommodating to our work and personal life schedules. JR and Tom helped install our new shower in the master bathroom and it turned out AMAZING! We are truly happy and satisfied with the results and outcome. They did such a great job and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure it was completed in a timely manner. The attention to detail and professionalism was present from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking to update their home!

Just recently had all new windows and Hardie siding installed in/on our 22 year old home. We had Chad Agnew come out and give us our options and a fair estimate. We decided to do everything at once and as soon as we made the decision the work was in motion. We were given time frames and everything was done well from sale, paperwork to windows and siding. Shanda kept me up to date on scheduling ( we all know Kansas weather). Doug was quick and friendly when he came to measure. Mitch and Lane were done with our beautiful new windows and patio door ahead of schedule and were super understanding of working around our dogs. Jason and his siding crew were efficient and professional; we appreciated his willingness to keep us informed after finding some small damage under our old siding. All in all, we trylu enjoyed our experience with All States Home Improvement and would choose them again! They will be who we will call first for further home improvements. I love how my house was transformed!

When we built our home in 1992, our bathroom had a top of the line whirlpool tub / shower combination. Fast forward 30 years. the whirlpool no longer worked, and it was time for a change.Having seen the challenges our parents faced staying in their own homes as they grew older, we wanted to make changes to the bathroom that we could enjoy now and would also make it easier for us to age in place.The All States Home Improvement team made the remodeling process easy, from the initial meetings to create a design that was both beautiful and "ADA Approved," to the very last detail. I have had a relationship with All States Home Improvement for many years. They have installed doors, windows, patio doors and basement windows in two different homes for me. Came back to All States after they replaced our sun warped siding on the south side of our house 4 years ago. Had been seeing commercials about the shower renovation and decided it was time to get a walk-in shower. Met with Mason, the sales/design rep, he was friendly and worked with us to get a feel for what we wanted for the shower. That was the first part of February, and our supplies came in earlier than expected, but I had not got the popcorn ceiling scraped and painted. They did work with us to push it out and 3 weeks later started the project. The installers took care of the surroundings and got everything done in 3 days. The fav part is the “one & done” shower-water faucet regulator. Set it and forget! No more hot or cold baths! Also, video is the best part I like with the rain shower head 🙌🏽 oh, and the floor base is awesome! 🤩

Very pleased! We can't stop smiling! My Wife and I decided to replace our windows, entry doors, and screen screen doors. We had terrible luck with replacement in the past but took a chance on All States referred to us by an acquaintance. We chose All States because they are a locally owned company who's ethics and values matched our own and we know we can count on them to be there when and if we need them.The work crew was kind, courteous, and professional. From the start, it was obvious they care about doing a good job and making the customer happy. They were on time and made sure the job site was cleaned up at the end of the day.The Hardie siding is a huge upgrade from the 'builder grade material' that was on our house. The installation looks great and we are so happy with the quality. This is very durable, water/fire resistant material. Wish we had done this years ago.

All States installed new windows in my patio home. I am very pleased with the result. Tank explained the entire process very thoroughly for me while I was deciding to purchase them. The father/son duo that installed the windows was very professional and did an awesome job. The only thing I was not quite made aware of was the need to trim up my house paint after caulking was done around the trim. I'm looking forward to some energy savings with these windows. Tyler was our sales rep and did an excellent job explaining the quality, features and options available to us. Shanda was our project contact and keep us updated while the windows were being manufactured. Bill and Derrick did an outstanding job with installation, treating our home as it if was their own through the entire process. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. Had new windows installed 6 months ago. Still happy with the quality of work and installation! The crew were precise and quick with the installation. I was impressed with how clean they were, making sure every piece of glass was picked up from the old window removal. Adding in the comfort of new windows, lower utility bill through this harsh winter and the safety of being able to open our windows definitely trumps the price!

All States did a wonderful job for us. Jason and his crew were awesome.They installed fiber cement siding to the whole house. Kirk and his crew were awesome, they built a new deck for us. The crew who extended our roof over the deck did an awesome job. Fernando, Max, and the crew did an awesome job painting the house. Scott the electrician added the cherry on top and added lights to our deck. Chad and Jim the project consultants were very professional and listened to exactly what we wanted. Scott and his son replaced our shower the end of last year and we were very pleased with the professional job they did. Mitch and his son (plus several others stepping in when needed) just replaced our windows. Mitch has 30 years working on windows and we could tell by the professional job he did. Chad, production manager, stopped by to check on progress plus he jumped in to help with the windows. The two people that estimated both the jobs, Tyler and Chad, also were professional and up front. This summer we had All States replace our old siding with James Hardy siding. They also tore down a deck, that was a liability, and built a new one with Fiberon composite decking. We couldn't be happier, and hopefully we won't have to worry about either one for as long as we own the property! Marcus gave us the initial quote and we were immediately impressed with his punctuality. He came out on a weekend and was able to provide an official quote the same day. All States was ready to work with and the project stayed on time and on budget.

All States is a fine example of real customer service. Starting with the sales rep, Tyler, I was given excellent attention and communication. My new windows are awesome!! And the installers (Mitch and his son) were fantastic!! They did an awesome job and were neat and careful with my property. Always considerate of my time and communicated their work progression. Even to the extent as to tell me when they were going to lunch, when they would return and when they left for the day. They were neat and tidy with their work. I would highly recommend these folks for your new windows.

The team at All States did a great job. Jeremy took the time to explain all the different types of sidings available. We decided to go with the James Hardie cement siding. The installation team lead by Fermin were able to remove the siding, install the protective wrap, repair a few areas, and install about half the siding on the first day. They finished up the majority of the job on the second day. There was one small item they needed to complete a couple days later. All in all, I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality work.

From start to finish, I have been extremely satified. Meeting with Joey and Ethan and the details about the gutters and roof were presented thoroughly. I felt confident in making the decision to get the gutters and the new roof. The crews were professional, respectful, and considerate. I saw first hand when I observed All States crews putting on siding and gutters on my neighbor's home that this company was reliable and the workmanship was excellent. When they were doing the work on my neighbor's home, I asked them about issues with my own house. The Lead person of each of my neighbor's projects gave me his undivided attention to answer my questions. Have had my tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower and have enjoyed it, so when it came time to put new windows and sliding door in, I gave them a call and have had all new windows installed and a new patio door. Really enjoy them. Almost sound proof that I don't hear the wind or rain. If you want to have new windows put in your home, you need to give them a call. Very professional and get things done quickly.
