100% honesty and integrety! Whatever the contract says they will deliver! We built a 6000sq ft barndo with them. Never met them in person(we built 500 miles from where we live) from start to finish build was executed timely and to perfection! Pretty hard these days to find a contractor you can have complete trust in to do a job like this from 8.5 hours away from you!THEY PRODUCE WHAT THEY PROMISE!No corners were cut!

Outstanding service. It has been a long time since I saw people take such pride in their craftsmanship. They definately met the standards af my adhd and needing everything to line up exactly right, lol—-and I didn’t have to say a thing. Their finished work meets anyone’s standards. Excellent job, and I will be calling them back to finish the walls when I am ready for that job!!! Thank you guys, and a shout out to Chris for going a step further to get an outlet in the ceiling where I had failed to think ahead and put one in!!!!!

We could not recommend Beachy enough! They are just finishing up on our new barndo, and we are so excited. There is only 4 weeks difference between the first and the fourth photo - we’ve been amazed at how fast and efficient they are! Regarding my husband's comments, Yes of course we have withheld final payment because this Builder has not finished the job. They ran to an attorney and have threatened liens, all with outstanding inspection items, and permits still open with MABCD. Therefore, yes payment withheld until job complete, sorry Beachy, truth hurts sometimes...worst Builder in Wichita.

Don’t pay them a deposit. They will steal it from you. They stole over 6 figures and keep coming up with excuses as to why it hasn’t been returned. We’ve been waiting almost 2 months, no money. Go elsewhere!

I contacted Beachy to have a 30x72 building with a 10x50 porch built that will be used as a residence. I worked with Jim and Kevin to get the building ordered and delivered. They were both awesome to work with and very responsive. Made all of the last minute changes I asked for. Once the building arrived, Dave an his crew were had it up in a very short amount of time. My building was kind of a unique build and Dave’s crew made all the needed adjustments to ensure our building looked awesome when it was done. If you need to check out their work I am more than happy to show off our new building. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality building and group of guys to work with.

Foremost, the barn’s quality, craftmanship and crews are unparalleled. Walk through one of their buildings … and you’ll immediately understand.A tip: If interested, contact Kevin. He understands the two most important things: 1) Logistics. He knows how to get your barn built on time and schedule and 2) Customer service. Prompt replies, courteous, and professional. Our barn would not have been completed on time or schedule if Kevin had not been there to see it through – period!Note: The concrete crew Beachy uses (Rylan) is incredible. Our concrete was perfectly done - smooth as glass, drain angles perfect, etc. Worth noting.Thanks again to Kevin and the Beachy crew that worked overtime and on weekends to get our barn completed.

Jim and Mario were knowledgeable with their information. They took the time to do a complete roof inspection and told me what damage I had. They worked directly with my insurance company to make sure the process went smoothly. This company showed up on my Facebook feed one day. I took a chance and I replied because I needed a new patio and sidewalk. They were quick to come give me an estimate and surprisingly the estimate was very reasonable.
