We got a few windows installed that were really needing to get replaced. They had several color choices, we went with one that matched out existing wood trim. The sales person we worked with was very helpful in showing us all the options we could get and explaining the different price points. The windows arrived earlier than expected and they we're installed in just a few hours! The installers we're very nice, helpful and made sure to give me updates during the process! We will definitely be getting more windows in the future.

We had Climate Shield replace all our windows and sliding doors. They are fast and cheap. I should have known better, you get what you pay for. They left messes, left gaps around windows, didn’t properly install the wraps around the around the outside of the windows. The trim they installed on the inside around the doors was horrible overlapping the door and almost touching the handle, then “L” cutting new trim instead of cutting of a little piece of the old trim. When all these issues were brought up to the owner of the company John “couldn’t believe it going on and on how these installers are his best guys!” The way they left out house was worse than keeping the old single pane windows. They did send a different installer and he was shocked to see the poor job his coworkers did, he did his best to remedy the situation. We were missing a screen for one window and 2 screens are torn, the install was in June and we are yet to receive the replacement screens from Climate Shield. If we could do it over I would never ever have windows and doors installed by Climate Shield.Services: General door installation, Window installation

Our initial contact with the company was through Justin, who was very knowledgeable of the product and easily established credibility and rapport with us. Climate Shield contacted us in early December to set up an installation date. That coordination went smoothly as well as the actual install. The crew arrived on schedule, quickly and professionally installed all the windows, and cleaned up all the work areas afterwards very nicely. From contact with a sales person, to coordination with staff members, to the installation, we can only share positive comments throughout. We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by Climate Shield. They were incredibly friendly, and very professional. I was expecting good things, but they not only exceeded good, they did amazing. The windows are flawless, they look amazing, and our AC unit is now barely running even with 96 degree days out. We had some old windows replaced on our lake house and they turned out great. Look fantastic and definitely more energy efficient than what we had. A great improvement. Very satisfied with the product and outcome. Great warranty on the windows also. Would definitely recommend.

These new windows are awesome! The original windows were drafty, dirty, unable to be opened. Our new ones are beautiful! They are easily opened, installed perfectly, and have made a noticeable difference in the house. The rooms are cleaner with much less dust. Whereas the original ones beamed heat the new ones are keeping rooms considerably cooler. Cant say enough good things about the windows or the company. They were easy to work with and helpful on the phone.

We went to a home show where we found their booth. The woman we spoke with was very informative and we had a wonderful conversation with her. We made an appointment with a rep to come out to out house. He was kind and there was no push or guilt trip to have to purchase with them. It was very refreshing. Climate Shield is the only company that is willing to do 3 windows at a time. For us it made it much less overwhelming and we were able to finance with no issues. Since we ordered during the pandemic, it took a little longer to get our window but it was worth it. The installation was done quickly and they even came back to fix a few minor details that I noticed. The window is gorgeous and gives our hour a much needed update at the front. I highly recommend them. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I will be calling them again to replace more windows in the future!Service: Window installation

Update 5-3-22. We had our new sliding door installed today. So far I love it. I’m so glad we gave them a chance to redeem themselves. I would highly recommend getting a sliding door from them. They took good care installing our new sliding door. They had a few issues beyond their control but they knew what to do and did an amazing job. Thank you John for giving us an excellent presentation as to why we should buy your door. We are very pleased.3-8-22. The gentleman showed up a little early. He was very apologetic for the problem we had earlier with them. We visited with him about the sliding door that we were wanting. He showed us the different options. He was very knowledgeable and honest. We were very impressed with him. We highly recommend Climate Shield. We are very excited and anxious to get our new sliding door. After the owner called apologizing for their lateness, which we were told was out of their control, we decided to give them another chance. Hopefully they will be able to show up on time.We went to the home show and scheduled with them for an estimate. They called to reschedule because they were over booked. We scheduled with them again. This time they called saying they were running a little late. We waited an hour then they called again and said they would be there in 20 minutes. We could not wait another hour for them to show up. I contacted Climate Shield after meeting one of their reps. at the Home Show. Their exterior doors were high quality. Salesman came to our home and explained everything and answered all our questions. Door had to be ordered and the office gave us frequent updates on its expected arrival. Once received, installation was scheduled immediately. The installer was on time and did a wonderful job installing the door and cleaned up the area when finished. If you are looking for an excellent experience, Climate Shield will deliver. I dread home visits with reps because you know there is going to be the pressure to buy. Not here! Informative, interesting, and entertaining describe my experience. It just got better as Justin contacted my about installation. Of course it was during the pandemic, and he was so accommodating making sure the installation was the right time for me. When the weather hit 107° ouside, the windows we cool to the touch on the inside. They did the siding on the back of my house and did such an awesome awesome job and even took some of the siding off the back of my house and replaced where it was damaged on the front of my house and wouldn’t even take a payment for that. They cleaned up the big mess and hauled it off. I was so impressed with there work and didn’t even take that long. Thank you guys for such a professional job

Great experience from the sales call to installation. I had mistakenly ordered a roll out window for the kitchen instead of the bottom roll out because of a porch awning. Mike ordered the right one immediately with no hassle. He was patient and answered my questions. The installation team was great also. Highly recommend them, the windows are great too!! I was a bit nervous about taking the leap to get new windows, but I’m so glad we did! Justin (salesman) came out to give an estimate and demo the new windows. He stayed for a couple hours (wearing a mask of course) and went over all of our options. It was a pleasure to have him over, really, since we hadn’t had many visitors during the pandemic. My partner is an engineer and he was impressed (actually we both were) with the thermal properties of the windows. We live in an old house built in 1900, which still had the original windows, if you can believe it! So I knew the Climate Shield windows would be an upgrade. We had wooden, single-pane windows, plus dirty storm windows that were impossible to clean, plus winterizing plastic to prevent drafts. The result was limited visibility. So when the installer put the new windows on, it was like going from cataracts to crystal clear vision. The difference was impressive. Now I can see the birds at my feeder with clarity.Shout out to the installers, who took pride in doing the best job possible. The only issue that arose had to do with the vinyl wrapping on the exterior. They normally wrap the whole exterior wooden window frame with vinyl. In an older home like this, we wanted to stick with as much of the original character of the home as possible. I talked it over with the installer and he was willing to put just a minimal amount of vinyl on the exterior to seal around the window. He did great work, and I appreciate that he was willing to adapt in this situation. It’s clear that Climate Shield really does care about customer service and they work with you on any issues you may have. I’ve enjoyed working with them and would recommend Climate Shield to anyone looking for repairs.Service: Window installation

I am in LOVE with my new windows!! They look great, clean easily, and have a lifetime warranty. That’s just part of why they are so wonderful. Every person I dealt with, from Stu the salesman, to Mike, the head of install, everyone was very nice, prompt with phone calls, and explaining everything. I also wanted to thank Dale and Jason who installed the windows. During the 2 day installation, my son had his 6th birthday, Dale and Jason brought him a birthday present along with 2 cupcakes! One for him and one for his sister. That’s above and beyond and I was blown away by their generosity as well as their fabulous work!! Super happy woman here. 😁
