The crew was very respectful of our property and cleanup after the install was very meticulous. I can't say enough about everyone I dealt with at Eaton Roofing when they replaced our roof. Jack was great to work with and helping work with insurance. The install went quick and smooth. Clean up was great. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with including the crews that came out to make sure everything looked good and even went over the yard with magnets. They even went above and beyond at repairing some facia for me, including after the roof was done on a section I forgot to talk to them about. They said they would fix that after finding out about it and I had planned to just do it myself. Great work and customer service!

I hired Eaton Roofing & Exteriors out of Wichita, Kansas for my reroofing and guttering replacement last fall and it was the best decision ever. I did my research and they were the best in Wichita and Kansas. My beautiful home in Independence, Kansas is very important to me and they did an wonderful job on a very difficult roof. Jack Burks was very professional, timely and took care of everything from returning calls, dealing with my insurance claim and making sure the job was excellent down to every last roofing nail installed. The crew was top shelf and has worked side by side with Jack for 25 years! Call these guys and they will take care of you!

Wonderful experience from the start. Jeremy answered all of our questions with transparency. After the roof was completed, Eaton came out to magnet sweep for nails once again and look over everything to make sure it was done correctly! Very easy to deal with everyone involved. Curt Bowmaker helped us get everything lined up and once we were ready, I got a call saying the crew would be there the next day. Our job was small, but they were still in and out in one day. Good cleanup once the job was finished. We live about an hour outside Wichita so they aren’t afraid to travel!

The process of picking out the proper shingles was pain free, and Jack was very sensitive to our budget and got us taken care of. We worked with Billy Herndon and he couldn’t have been more thorough and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Initially our insurance only approved for a portion of our roof to be replaced. Billy came out and took additional pictures of our damage and worked directly with the insurance company to get a total loss. Not to mention him making sure everything looked great during and after installation. I’d definitely recommend Eaton and Billy!

I made contact with Eaton Roofing & Exteriors reference hail damage to my existing roof. Morgan Moore was sent to assess the roof for possible replacement and it was determined the roof required replacement. I also needed some exterior work completed, (fascia trim), so Morgan made an estimate for the entire job to be completed. Morgan kept in touch with us, and worked with us on a workable schedule for the work. Three different groups performed the work, each completing the work in a timely manner, and exceeding our expectations.I am very pleased with how the whole process was performed and how the company worked with us for the scheduling to our time. I'm a man of 84 yrs old. I have delt with many contractors in my life time. I'm not a old man because I still work my delivery business so I wasnt home most of the time to see them working. Eaton roofing was recommended by 3 people I knew that had used them. My house was built in 1997 and over the years I had storm damage and had contractors come in and fix it. However all cut corners and the work was done but didn't last long. Then I met in person Morgan Moore. He was clean cut and very well mannered. I saw right away he was someone that was a man of his word. My house had rotted wood and the eaves were falling out. My roof had a lot of damage and the insurance company only wanted to fix part of the roof. The siding was also needing replaced. Morgan looked at the insurance estimate and he put in for a full roof and other things that needed replacing. After a few months the insurance company approved the repairs . Last week Morgan began the repairs and replaced the siding, shutters, skirting and roof. He finished yesterday. He has one man He has a man Jason Bahr that replaced the siding and shutters and screens and all new wood and the skirting . This man was the most detail driven person i ever saw working by himself. He replaced the siding and it was better done than the siding that came with the house. Morgan cut no corners and used top grade material. That man worked by himself and the gables were beautiful with no pieces thrown at the top. He was so perfect with his fittings. He also replaced the back door and again Morgan use a all wood door not a cheap hollow one. Also Jason measured and used string to insure the skirting was straight and did a beautiful job. He took all the screens with him to rebuild them and will return them when finished. The roofers Morgan used did wonderful work also. They replaced all the rotted wood and there was a lot of it. Morgan used top grade wood also. The roof is beautiful. The house is now finished and it looks Like a brand new house. The siding and the skirting and roof made my house a show house in the neighborhood. Also Morgan informed me today he is going to put in to the insurance company the cost of all the wood that was replaced to see if they will pay for it. Thats a man that takes care with pride for his customers. Even if they don't pay for it I have no problem paying Morgan for it. He is a great contractor and anyone that uses this man will love the way he does business. If you want things done with pride then use Eaton Roofing.
