I was extremely pleased with Heiland roofing. They showed up on the day they were supposed to come and worked constantly and did an excellent job. They were done in just a little over two days taking the old roof off, putting the new roof on and replacing the skylight. I would recommend them any day!Services: Skylight repair, Roof installation

Called 3 times, nice people answered the phone but a sales person never called me back. Used them a couple of years ago for a new roof and guttering and was very pleased, but not this time. Even called the salesman’s cell phone and ask him to call me back, never got a response. I understand being busy but should of at least called me back. Wasn’t expecting to be done right away, just wanted to get on the schedule. Was an existing customer that will never go back

Heiland seems to do OK work and I think they are honest, but they are hard to work with and slow. I should of known they were going to be hard to work with when I had to call back a second time just to get a quote. They gave me no timeline when the work would be done and on the roof they called the night before they planned to be there, which I thought was very little notice. I called them about when the gutters were to be install and they said about 3 week after the roof. 5 weeks later still no gutters and I called and am told any day now and I ask if the gutter people would call be before they started. A week later I come home and find them there and I had no call before they started. A couple of days after they are done the sales guy call asking if I had sent them the check yet. I told him we mailed the check. He calls back 10 min later saying the office does not have it and I am like yes it is in the mail. I was a little mad he did not ask if I was happy or anything just wanted the money after it took them 3 month to get the work done.On the roof I thought the cleanup was sloppy and I saw a couple of nails that were to low. They did fix the rotten decking in to two places I knew had issues. And overall the roof looks fine.The gutter crew was easy to work with the night I was around, and the work seemed fine.Heiland seems to subcontract out the gutters so you have to work with the sales guy, which after the sale is made he just did not seem to care that much (I had Jonathan). Mike of Heiland seems nice, but he only cares about getting the root done and tells you to talk to the sales guy for anything else. No one followed up with me about if the job was done well or any issue I might have. I would think twice about using them again just from a custom service point of view.

Loved Heiland Roofing for their strong ethics and quality of work, until I hired them for all new guttering. The work was subcontracted out to "Quality Construction." But when there were problems with workmanship, neither would back up the work and I'm still left finding someone else to correct it. Very disappointed and this would earn less than 1 star except they've earned 10 stars in the past.

Guy was late everytime he came. I called and talked to owner he didn't seem that interested. He spit in my rocks which my kids don't even do! Its rude and gross and especially in these times of trying to stay safe from a virus. I would not recommend this company and going to tell my insurance lady she might want to reconsider recommending them to her clients.

Called these guys because they were close. I had a leak and turns out it was actually the metal collar around a vent pipe. The gentleman quickly got his sealant out and gave it a shot. He said I could get my HVAC man to make a new collar and this would hold in the meantime. Took him 10 min of his day but he wouldn't charge me a dime. I'd recommend that kind of business in a heartbeat!

Had a rental with a destroyed roof. Did everything over the phone/messaging, paid electronically. Had a new roof in less than a week after giving the go-ahead.Many roofers jerk you around demanding to see the insurance scope of work and try to get sneaky and charge as much as possible. These guys shoot straight and don't harass you for the job.There's enough stress being a LL and having a full time job. Thankful these guys made it easy for me.

By far the most efficient roofing crew I have ever seen, they were on time, worked hard and fast, tore off 2 layers of shingles, redecked entire roof and roofed house and 2 sheds in 5 hours, didnt leave any debris in yard, even swept leaves out of driveway.. Needless to say, I am very impressed with Heiland Roofing and would recommend them for all your roofing needs.. And no.. I dont work for them.. They are a great company
