Admittedly, this review is long overdue. I had roof and gutter damage from a hail storm in 2019. I ended up contacting Kyle at Heritage Exteriors who assured me his crew could do an excellent job and could guarantee their work. He helped me deal with insurance, was friendly, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Although I moved out of the house I had the new roof put on last year, I can assure you it is still looking good to this day! My co-wrker refer me to Heritage, and now I know why she likes them so much. Kyle was super patience while dealing with my insurance to get them to approved me a new roof and gutter. Then took extra step sending them the estimate invoice to get me approved enough to covers more than what they initial did. Believe me, All State made 4-5 months of my life stressfull. Kyle was again patience waiting for me to contact HOA for different color roof (another month). Anyways, finally done! They got roof on in 1 day and gutter the next 2 days. 😅. Kyle recommend the ridge vent to help water not getting in my ceiling (my old roof vent got water leaked in and stained my ceiling), the ridge vent looks very nice. Best thing is, he didnt charge me extra!! Very professional, he kept me update on when they coming out to wrk on what always reponse to txt or phone calls within that day and never shows annoyed or pushy. And….he even helped me dump the heavy wood board in our garden since they had that dumpster. Me and my 78 yrs old father tried to drag it out but it was too heavy for us. I asked him if he can, and did mention if he cant it totally fine. I dont expect him to help since it not his job to, but he did, so nice!!! Thank you so much Kyle for helping me! My roof had been pounded by large hail and damaging winds. Very fortunately, I found Heritage Exteriors through HomeAdvisor. Kyle was truly OUTSTANDING in every way from initial estimate through final processing. He was very professional; found problems the insurance adjuster had missed; ensured the insurance company treated me fairly; and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the new roof and guttering is excellent. He also referred me to another gentleman named Al, who performed similarly-great work on the interior ceilings which had been damaged by water leaks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
