We moved into our house back in August of 2020 and had the roof replaced by Hobson before moving in. During the winter we began to see little spots on the ceiling of our living room and soon discovered that our exhaust vent had become disconnected from the flashing when the roof was replaced. During a couple weeks of snow, ice, and negative temperatures, all the hot air from the exhaust was going directly into the attic and melting the roof snow into the attic/ceiling. I called Hobson on a Saturday and within 30 minutes the owner was at our house looking in the attic/reconnecting the flashing. He verified there was no permanent structural damage and scheduled a paint crew to redo our entire ceiling. After the ceiling was painted, he called to follow up and verify everything was satisfactory. I was blown away by the customer service, we will use Hobson for future projects and highly recommend them.

This company is super awesome and very professional. The communication prior to the job was excellent they gave me a couple days notice that the job was going to begin and they showed up on time and started the work promptly. The owner kept me informed as the project was going on because I was still at work . Once the job was completed they informed me that I'm coming home to a new roof and when I got home all I could say was wow. I highly recommend this company to do your roof and gutters. I will definitely be using them if I need any future home remodeling repairs. Great job very satisfied homeowner.

Graham made and installed a new chimney cover for me back when I bought my house. Had it done and installed in less than a week from when my realtor reached out to him.I recently found 2 small holes in my roof over my garage (no idea from what). Sent Graham a few photos on a Monday and he happened to be in the area later that week and fixed my roof at no charge 2 days later. When my insurance company would not pay for a replacement of my wood shake roof after the multiple hail storms in the spring of 2016, Graham Hobson was the only roofing contractor that offered to go to bat for me with the insurance company. Over the course of several weeks he wrote a letter to the insurance company about why the roof needed to be replaced, met with a second adjuster to have the roof reinspected, and spoke with the insurance company on the phone multiple times to plead our case. Graham ultimately came through and the insurance company paid to have my roof replaced. Now I have a presidential class 4 IR roof. One of the best on the market. Graham's company was just as impressive with the installation. The entire install was done in one day! The house was well perfected during construction. Graham even texted me pictures of the construction process throughout the day. Very cool. At the end they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. I could not give a person or a company a higher endorsement than Graham Hobson of Hobson Roofing.

Ok. I can’t write enough good things about Hobson Roofing. Graham Hobson responded to my phone message about a leaking roof quickly. He came to inspect the roof when he said he would and made some of the required repairs on the spot. I asked him what he would charge and he refused payment stating that the work only took five minutes to do. I told him his time was worth something, but he still refused payment for his work. He didn’t have a part he needed to complete the job and promised me he would come back the following week. On Monday, the very next week, I hear noise on my roof and there is a worker completing the job as promised! I think he was up there at least 15 minutes and still no charge. If you are looking for a kind, honest person to install a new roof or repair an old one, look no further! Hobson Roofing is top-notch! I’m a customer for life!

I worked with Graham Hobson, Hobson Roofing's founder and owner, after a recent storm that also fell in the middle of trying to close on the house as we were in the middle of selling it. This was a stressful time and Graham made it an incredibly smooth process. Not only did he address all of my concerns, he also took a phone call from the buyers mother at the closing table to answer her questions before she would allow her daughter to sign. He was extremely professional in what was an already inappropriate situation - he handled the interrogation with grace while giving the buyer's mother a complete account of all work to be done.

I can’t speak more highly of Hobson Roofing. It is rare to find a company or business owner who puts the customer first. Graham Hobson is one of those rare individuals who still models a generous spirit, professional integrity, and follow-through. And, on top of all that, the superior workmanship speaks for itself.I ran into Graham in a coffee shop a week ago, noticed his company shirt, mentioned some issues with gutters and improperly buried downspouts on the house we just purchased, and over the past week, he not only took the time to come out and inspect the issue himself, but sent some of his crew by and completed the job today! For him to work in such a relatively small job during such a busy time when his company has far more important jobs - like entire roofs to install - speaks volumes. And he and his gutter specialist came up with a solution to our gutter and downspout problem that will be more efficient and eliminate future issues causing water drainage toward our foundation and into the basement.We plan to use Hobson Roofing for any other roofing and gutter work we have in the future, and would highly recommend this company’s work.
