It’s a Family owned business and the owner Barry is always available for any questions that may arise or any other needs or concerns that you might have. They’re extremely reasonable when it comes to pricing and only use the Best quality of materials, and the most skilled craftsmen. If you’re in need of a new roof, siding, window, doors, a Beautiful Deck or Any other Construction Project, I definitely recommend this Company. The remodel is done! The new siding is on, the painting done, the sidewalk removed and a new one poured, the old ugly deck torn down and removed with the beautiful new larger, covered deck built! Every team who worked on our house was very knowledgeable in their area of construction, talented, professional in their work and their actions, and took pride in their work. Normally, we have the resources to do a remodel by ourselves, with the help of family and friends. But this time, we decided we just wanted it done, and done right. So we bit the bullet, and sprung for a bonafide contractor and people who know all the codes and rules. We are sure glad we did. We ran into quite a few problems that would have been real issues for a do-it-yourselfer. But Homeland always had everything under control. They knocked out a wall between the old bathroom and pantry the first couple of days and spent the next four weeks turning that indoor "outhouse" with a tub into a Veteran's Administration and ADA approved bathroom that is just beautiful. They were very professional and friendly all the time. Except for a few of the changes I added, they came in right on budget too and they completed the job on time. I know people think they can save money doing it themselves, but sometimes a person is further ahead to just let the professionals handle it. We are so glad that we found Homeland Construction and recommend them highly to anyone who is planning on remodeling.

I could not have asked for a better contractor! Homeland Construction is a top notch business. They showed up when they said they would, they completed the work in a timely manner, and every one of the workers were courteous and helpful. I cannot believe how beautiful my new garage looks. Homeland installed two large glass walls to enclose our 400 square foot patio. We had a great experience with Homeland. The crew was punctual, polite, skilled and professional. I honestly wondered if they were going to lose money on the job because the workers, and in particular the lead man, Chino, cared so much and were so meticulous. Every crew member was friendly and seemed to care that we would be happy customers. Their price was in the same ballpark as all other bids or just a bit better. The sunroom we now have is awesome. Our association with Robert Werner began back in 2009 with a roofing project that included new shingles and new skylights. Since that time Bob has overseen many projects from small to large for us. These have included stair and porch rails, concert and iron work, siding and paint, two pergolas, a deck with gazebo and hot tub, 2 bathroom remodels and a basement finish. We can always count on Bob to be available and on site during each project. Work has been completed in a timely fashion and we have been very pleased with each finished project. If a problem does develop he has always made sure that it is resolved to our satisfaction. Bob has always been willing to listen to our suggestions and concerns. He is easy to work with and isvery personable. Bob has become a family friend. Our 3 year old grandson goes around the house playing that he is Bob with his hammer and asking what needs fixing. After initially considering an awning, or simply screening in the deck, we eventually decided we wanted a room we could enjoy year round.After researching several options on-line, we contacted Homeland Construction of Wichita, KS to help us explore the options available to us. The sales representative who responded, Wes Pechin, was very helpful in listening to our needs and helping us envision the possibilities. Of all the contractors that showed up Cliff was the only one who listened to us and delivered. All the others were telling us what we wanted, well kiss my ruby red begonias. Cliff came through on the home improvements that were exactly what the wife and I were wanting. Since we are just getting started, we will be having Homeland back out. I have no idea how the workmanship is with this company but Cliff showed up at our home to do an estimate and didn't bring so much as a tape measure! He claimed he would come back in a few days to get measurements for an addition to our house. It's been 3 weeks and he has not been here or contacted us. Poor professionalism in my opinion! Would not recommend.

I was concerned about a roof leak and contacted Johno Skeeters late on a Friday evening. He was at my residence at 8:00AM the next morning (typically a non work day) and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. He also addressed some other issues related to the roof that he noticed as well.His fee was very fair and he was very nice to work with.
