What started as a small repair on our roof for a leak, the Keeter team did a great job communicating and educating us on our home. A few months later, they stepped up to help us replace the entire roof, gutters and downspouts after we filed an insurance claim based off of their initial report on the damage they could see on our roof. Their team was extremely polite, they did a great job cleaning up, and the new roof looks great. Highly recommend!

If you're considering Keeter, go ahead and give them a call. I'm so glad that I did! I was wanting to get my roof checked out, and Keeter was recommended by a friend due to the honest feedback that they were given. I had a fantastic conversation when I called to ask about someone coming out, and they were able to come out quickly. Charlie gave me his feedback and gave me what he thought would be the best next steps. Once we got everything in line with insurance, Charlie came back to make sure that everything was ready to go, walked me through what was going to happen with my full roof replacement and patiently answered my questions. We got everything scheduled once weather allowed. Again, the communication was amazing, big shout out to Justin. My roof was done in a day, and the gutters were done on a separate day. I'm beyond thrilled with how everything looks! This team is amazing. They always kept me in the loop and were so willing to answer any questions. We met Daryn Keeter and his team after a house fire caused substantial damage. Our insurance company told us to find a contractor ASAP. We asked around and Daryn Keeter was recommended more than once. Daryn knew what to expect with the insurance, walked us through how the process will work and told us not to worry. Daryn would make sure our home was put back together good as new. And he delivered! From organizing clean up and demo, to knowing we had to order windows ASAP due to supply chain issues, to helping us design the master bath and kitchen of our dreams Daryn and his team did it all. Our home is brand new from windows to flooring, kitchen and baths. We can't thank him enough for giving us back our home.

Done a handful of projects regarding office furniture in there main office and I have to say I prefer doing my jobs at Keeter roofing and remodeling! After a hail storm, Keeter Roofing was recommended to us by our window contractor for the replacement of our guttering and down spouts. We originally contacted a local competitor who never showed up to give us a quote. Charlie showed up in a timely manner and gave us our quote, including the upgrades we requested. Keeter Roofing went the extra mile to provide a turnkey job on our 1960 home, replacing siding, fixing previous roofing problems, replacing soffit and fascia material, building a cricket to correct drainage around our chimney, and installing g new gutters. I just recently had my roof replaced by Keeter. They were excellent to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have too. They answered any and all questions I had promptly. When it came time for the work to be done, they were very fast. I left my house at 8am before they had started tearing the rood off, and by the time I returned at 1pm the roof was replaced and they were gone. And I must say they cleaned up very well. I'm used to seeing shingle pieces and nails here and there afterwards, but I have yet to find one piece. In fact, I had a bunch of leaves still on the ground in places by the house and those got cleaned up too. I was very impressed by the work that was done. I definitely recommend them.

I reached out to Keeter Roofing to receive a solution to cool my attic which was getting too hot in the summer months and my upstairs AC unit could not keep up. Charlie came out and listened to my problem and wanted to discuss the problem with his team. Shortly after, Charlie and Daryn called me back and spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining what his thoughts were on my project and why I thought his solution was the best option. I was impressed with how much thought went into the solution to my problem. The solution of installing a powered attic fan has worked amazingly well. My attic is 30 degrees cooler, and my AC unit is now able to keep up, keeping us much cooler in the summer. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I had a 50+ year old oak tree limb roughly 40’ in length land on my house in one of the windstorms and was having a terrible time getting a roofer out to even inspect my roof. One call to Keeter Roofing and they sent out Gavin Maloney to inspect it and give me a quote. He was out there in no time on my roof diligently looking it over to not miss a thing. Although we had no hail or wind damage we opted to replaces our aging roof. Keeter was timely with their estimate which was very competitive. When they started our roof they moved and/or protected all of my plants and other decorative items we have around our house. They removed only what they could replace that day, protective our property in case of rain. When finished they replaced my plants and other decor as well as went around the house picking up dropped debris. Clean up was great, couldn't tell they had been here. Would and do highly recommend Keeter Roofing to everyone.

I had some wind and hail damage on my roof. I contacted 3 roofers and they all told me I didn't have enough damage to file an insurance claim. I contacted Keeter just to see about getting some of the damage repaired and Charlie said there was enough damage that I should contact my insurance company. He met with my insurance adjuster, they looked at the roof together and the insurance adjuster agreed. We had siding, soffit and fascia replaced on our home by Keeter. We had been looking for literally year's for a company to do the work and received quotes from most of the big name company's in the Wichita area. They all tried to sell us on something and offer limited time deals and they were very expensive. Daryn Keeter didn't try to pressure us into anything or have a long winded sales pitch. He was straight forward with the price and time needed to do the job and that was very much appreciated. Multiple companies tried to sell us on windows and he let us know that it was not necessary to completely replace our windows. That if any were gassed out we could just have the glass replaced which would save us a ton of money. Also we had a hard time finding a company that was willing to completely remove all the old material on our home and fix any damage that was found underneath. Keeter removed everything and had it all cleaned up and in a dumpster in one day. Every day there was always one and sometimes two foremen at our home. They ran into some damage and came to us right away letting us know how they would like to fix it and how much it would cost before having us sign off approval. There was great communication throughout the whole process. With Keeter we were able to get Hardee board siding for less than the cost of the vinyl siding that all the other companies quoted us. Even the guys who came by to re-install our gutters were great. After living with crumbling siding, sagging soffit and peeling paint for the 10 years we have lived here, our house is finally beautiful and more importantly we know the structure of our home is safe from the elements. My husband and I would 100% recommend Keeter Roofing & Remodeling and will be calling them for future projects!
