Called them and spoke to Billy and told him of my problem and concerns. He was able to work with me on getting the roof of the house, garage, and shed done. Was having problems with local contractors not returning calls, taking weeks to get an estimate, and staying within the claim limits. Billy looked at the claim, and then the house, and got back with an estimate in a few days. He was able to help me stay within the limits of claims, for hail and wind damage. A professional crew showed up on time as promised. They did a great job and answered any questions I asked. They did all the work just like I would have and wanted to see done. Complete re-decking of an older house on a steep roof. One day service, showed up as promised. Just give Billy a call and let him help you find a solution, as he did for me. Professional crew. When looking for a roofing company it can be overwhelming to figure out the best company to use. I started by google reviews and if I knew anyone in the business I trusted. I narrowed down to 2 companies after making a few phone calls. The day I decided to get the process started, Billy from Midwest was the first to reach out to me. He was very prompt with coming to do an inspection and offered to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain the damage he found on my roof. I remember when I met him I could tell he has been in the business for a while and at Midwest for over 25 years I believe. It was a very smooth process and I really liked that he gave me an estimate without asking for the insurance quote. He did the work and came in thousands under the competition. They were flexible on the brand of shingles I used and it turned out amazing! I am ocd and a perfectionist. I'm also in the building industry and have high expectations of service and workmanship. His gutter guy Ed was also awesome to work with. I've received several compliments from neighbors as well. Roof striped, re-decked and shingled in a day and a few hours the next morning. Clean up was good(still had clear plastic strips left over in yard). Overall a great experience. Bill is the exception to the rule where there are normally just a vast sea of rip-off merchants. He is from the school of get ya hands dirty, hard grafters whom takes pride in his work and lives by a code of ethics, rarely found these days.. In the last year I had been told by three different contract companies that were working on, non roof, house repairs, that I needed a new roof.
