I have had them do several different types of jobs for me in the past 10 years. It's always great work. On time, worked till the job was complete. No mess left to clean up. After they did both roofs I found no trash except one nail!! First class and affordable.

I am writing as an extremely frustrated consumer. My husband and I paid several thousands of dollars for roofing repairs in 2019 and continue to have a leak issue. We have tried contacting the company several times with no response. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable customer service.I would appreciate a response from New Image Roofing and your company to stand behind their work and repair the issue we paid for repairing in the first place.I look forward to a response.Service: Roof repair

I have seen the good and the bad sides of New Image roofing. Overall, the reality is this. The owner, Michael, is a phenomenal guy with a personality that will win anyone over. However, some of the local staff don't exemplify his "stand-up guy" nature. Since the owner juggles ownership of multiple companies, it is hard to blame him for his employees misconduct. The work I have seen the company do has always been great, but I have also seen how the company operates and saying that some of the staff is slightly unprofessional would definitely be an accurate statement. Personally, if I needed a new roof I would be fine having New Image do the job. However, I am not super picky about who works on my issues, as long as the job is finished correctly in the end. Feel free to drink beer on my roof, but you may want to ask before doing so.

My wife and I recently had a small remodel done on our home and were less than satisfied with the overall experience that New Image provided us with. We have already spent time and money fixing what we were left with to make the job look nice and professional defeating the entire purpose behind hiring someone to do the job in the first place. Without going into deeper detail I will simply say that as two new home owners with a desire to do many remodels to make our home our own we will not be using New Image again.

They replaced our roof a few years back. I called Friday morning to find out if it was still covered because we had a wind storm blow a bunch of shingles off. Was told they would call me in an hour with the info. No call so far. I called another company who promptly sent someone out and we are doing business with them.

I have used them for 2 small repair jobs and then a total roof replacement after a tornado. They came in one day to do the bid, worked us in the work schedule promptly, came to the house when they said they would, they matched the color of the shingles, helped with the insurance claim and worked with the adjuster. The yard was clean and picked up. What more could someone want?

I live in an A - Frame stylIn 2008 they replaced 34 square of Tamko shingles. They started losing the half piece that is glued to the full piece. And until 2013 I had . They 3 year workmanship warranty. I called and called, left many messages, sent letters, and then after mentioning a law suit, in 2013 they reshingled on their dime. I met Michael the 2nd day of reshingle. I noticed he failed to inspect their workmanship. I1 year later the shingles syarted falling out just like before. Tamko said after I explainedA- frame , pieces falling out with no nail holes. Theu imma said they were not nailed corte. They again wont honor their own warranty. I wish I could score THEM 00!!! would not honor their own replace these pieces untouse. On

Could not be happier with the outstanding work that Dustin and his crew performed! Started with leveling yard with quality topsoil, installing underground sprinklers, landscaping with plants & shrubs installing weed control fabric, beautifully designed with boulders and stones,& drip watering system tied to sprinkler system. The extra care with the sod and trees planted far exceeded our expectations. We will most certainly contact Dustin for our future backyard expansion. Thanks guys!

I actually had a bad impression of the sub contracting crews used to do the work. They told me they worked safely but what I witnessed was not..1).No safety harness and anchors were ever seen but they said they require everyone to use them per OSHA guidelines 2) The temperature was above 107 on the heat index. One guy appeared to be suffering from either heat stroke or heat exhaustion. The rest of the crew responded as though he wasn't there even thought it was obvious he was quite ill. 3) I can't say that I agree with drinking on the job sub contractor, self employed or not. There were 5 "Modelo" brand tall boys in the trash and a six pack of the same brand as well...all empty. Again, the roofing company is very professional from the office standpoint but on the job is something entirely different.
