I had a hard time finding someone to work on my Radon system. Taylor was great about making an appointment that worked for my schedule. He was on time. He texted me updates when he was on his way too. Once he arrived, he gave me an abundance of advice with my installation and provided me with testing information as well. If it was not for him, I would not feel confident about the work done on our Radon system. I have highly recommended him in just the short time since we met. Taylor deserves more than 5 stars! I have never felt as comfortable working with someone as I did with him. He is honest, doesn't try to oversell, and like me, is a perfectionist. My husband and I remodeled our entire main level and with his work and recommendations, we took a home from the 70's to a beautiful modern home. We already have him booked for another job and will use him again anytime we need anything done. Was happy with price and word on Radon Mitigation. Called for some handyman repair, and they made me feel bad about where I bought the replacement doors at for which we were needing them to install. Families do what they can to make repairs, and contractors shouldn't make us feel bad if we did not buy the most expensive, best built doors for an outdoor shed. I was really disappointed in their response.

Pure State Services, LLC, saved the day for our family this week! Their promptness and professionalism resolved our issue with a daylight window in need of immediate repairs, and a small, but important, repair to a basement ceiling. Taylor gave us honest opinions about our repairs and promptly delivered a detailed and reasonable estimate, which we readily accepted. We contacted Pure State Services on Monday, accepted the bid on Wednesday, and inspected the expertly completed work by early afternoon on Friday. We are a very satisfied family and will certainly use Pure State Services again. We have used Pure State for multiple projects to include a new deck and floors. They are extremely professional and punctual. Taylor is very honest. An example is we wanted to put ceramic tile in our living room which would have cost upwards of $20K. He told us he didn’t think that was the best idea and listed multiple reasons. Instead convinced us to do LVP, which was half the price. Finally, and most importantly they do amazing work. I would recommend Pure State to anyone who is looking for someone to do home upgrades. We purchased a 1970s era home and wanted to open up a load bearing wall. Received a bid from a "neighborhood" contractor but when he wanted us to take on the role as general contractor, which meant we assumed all of the risk, we knew that was a big red flag and kept looking. We had almost given up hope and then we found Pure State Services. Taylor came out and looked at what we wanted to do and recognized some issues that the other contractor never brought up as well as provided input on our initial design based upon his experience that ended up making the overall design look and function so much better. Home reno is never easy while living (and working) in the home but in the end, it was all worth it. We are so happy with the results and it would not have been possible without the hard work of the staff at Pure State! If you need home reno work done, give them a call. We used Pure State to fix a radon problem that came up during a home inspection.The price was very fair, less than a competitor, and the work was easy to schedule. They arrived when they said they would, giving us notice that they were going to be heading our way a little before the appointment. The crew was professional, informed, and polite. They answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns with our existing mechanical room setup. They even helped me identify a potential problem with our sump system that I was able to get fixed before it became a problem.As you can see, they were the ideal contractor. Fair price, on time, professional, polite, and experts at their trade. It was a nice change from some of the other contractors we've been dealing with lately.The system looks good, works (they confirmed and show you the data), and makes me feel better about the house and my family's safety.10/10 would recommend Pure State Services.

Taylor was the best radon company to work with. I called several companies and read what the Kansas Department of Health stated a radon company should do. Pure State and Taylor are the only company who came to my home to see the area to work on. Taylor and Tyson explained everything so that I understood and answered all my questions. I was looking to purchase a house that had tested to have radon levels that needed mitigation. I contacted Pure State Radon and Environmental to get an estimate on a mitigation system.Taylor was able to come out to the house and provide an estimate. Originally, he had showed me where the system would come out the back of the house. However, when he was working up the estimate, he noticed that the system could come through the garage instead. This was a purely cosmetic difference from a system perspective and was a minimal cost difference.Taylor also helped explain to both myself and my agent how radon impacts a person's health. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help others understand.I did not end up purchasing the house, but I plan to work with Pure State Radon if I am needing a mitigation system in the future.
