I very rarely leave an online review, but I am happy to do so for Rhoden Roofing. Rhoden Roofing was very professional, easy to work with and detailed in their work and documentation from the initial meeting through completion and final billing on our roof replacement. Their work was high quality with no short cuts. I am very happy with them. Chris Johns was always fully responsive to issues and questions during the process. In fact this extends to all personnel I dealt with in the office and on the job site. They worked through the arduous claims process with the insurance company. The on-site roofers were also great to work with.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Rhoden Roofing and our roof looks great!! Dave Bennett was exceptional throughout the whole process! After having trouble setting something up with a few other companies, Rhoden Roofing was a breath of fresh air.Dave contacted us right away and was very professional and personable, and also flexible and understanding. Our insurance adjuster had to reschedule a couple times and was not very expedient and Dave was very patient throughout and available when needed. His communication was always prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. He walked us through each step of the process and made things very easy.In addition, he was very thorough in explaining everything prior to our roof placement and his professionalism stood out. We felt like he really cared and wanted to take good care of us as customers. We cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received from Dave! He does his work with excellence! I highly recommend this company. Communication was great from start to finish. Brett and Tom were professional and willing to explain every concern we had throughout the entire project. Their roofing crews were top notch and ensured things were done the right way. We are finally leak free! The crews worked hard each day leaving the campus clean in the evening. Patrick Mosley came out from Rhoden roofing to do an estimate for roof repair. That being said, not only was he knowledgeable, Pat was respectful, courteous and did a temp patch to hold us until the roof could be repaired. The day the roof was repaired two gentlemen from Rhoden showed up at the house and were respectful, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. The price was great, and the shingle match was so close that even knowing where they removed the shingles did not help me dicern which were the old shingles and which were the new shingles! I would recommend Rhoden roofing to ANYONE wanting a competent job at a reasonable price with friendly service. Thank you Rhoden Roofing!!!

Dave Bennett did my roof inspection yesterday and he was able to give me a great report. Although my roof is at least 20 years old, it was in good shape and would not need to be replaced unless we’d get a bad hail or wind storm.Dave took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain any questions that I had. If the rest of Rhoden roofing is as professional as Dave, then I would have no hesitation to have them do work for me in the future.

I used Rhoden roofing once before for a roof replacement and used them again to replace it because of their quality work and knowledge. Jacob worked with me for several months to resolve what was needed for a new roof. Jacob addressed what ever guestions and concerns I had as well. These guys are fantastic. They did the roof on 26 buildings for me in 4 and a half days. They're insanely efficient and clean. They're safe. I don't know what's not to like. They even have someone come out and take video with a cool Drone. If you need a roof this is where to go. Chris and Brian are also super friendly and make you feel appreciated.

We had roof damage due to a large tree falling on the house in a storm leaving several large holes through the roof into the house. Patrick from Rhoden came out promptly and provided temporary patches until the weather improved enough to allow roofing repairs to be completed. The Rhoden staff and workers were all courteous and professional and completed the repairs quickly and the results were excellent. We highly recommend Rhoden for any roofing needs.

We absolutely love our new 50 year roof!We realized our existing roof was over 30 years old and it was time to have it replaced. We asked for recommendations from several building contractors We hired to remodel our kitchen, bath and siding. All of them gave us a list of Quality roofers in Wichita and Rhoden Roofing was on All the lists! After getting inspections and quotes from other Roofing companies we called on Rhoden Roofing and it was the best thing we could have done! We called Rhoden and spoke to Patrick about a inspection. He was out within a day to look it over. He was very personable and friendly and showed us all the samples of the Roofings that they provided. He gave us a list of homes they had done in Wichita so we could inspect the work and the look of the Roofing they had done in the roof we picked out. Within a day he had a quote for the roof, the new exhaust pipe coverings, and installation.Rhoden wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but was absolutely the Best and highest quality for the price! Patrick introduced us to Haylee who set up the time for Michael their crew chief and their crew of top notch roofers to come out and do the job. Haylee, Pat and Michael did an excellent job of keeping us posted as to when they would be here and exactly what and how the job would be done. I was Amazed how quickly and CLEANLY the old was removed and the new put on! Even when we had additional questions about the project he came out and looked to see the specifics of the questions we had. Communication from being to end during the project was excellent. We reached out to Rhoden roofing because we were having some leaking issues. Jacob Beckman came out to the house and checked everything out by taking photos and showing us what was going on and where the leaking was occurring. When they were able to come out and do the repairs, they were done within a few short hours and did an amazing job and were very professional. Will definitely be contacting them when it comes time to replace the roof or if we need more repairs. I highly recommend them. They are professional, efficient and did not try to tell us we needed a new roof when all we needed were some small repairs. Very happy with the people and the service we received.

The workers that repaired the gutter were very friendly and did an great job with the repair/replacement and made sure that the area was clean when they were done. Jordan and Matt and the whole Rhoden team were fantastic to work with from start to finish! Jordan really advocated for us with the insurance company and Matt oversaw the installation team that did a fanatastic job! We had a shake roof, which created a HUGE mess when it was removed! The crew did a phenomenal job of cleaning up. Our new asphalt roof and gutters look fantastic! Lastly, Rhoden surprised us and got us on the schedule earlier than they originally thought they would. What a treat to get it done so timely and professionally! I highly recommend Rhoden!

Jacob was amazing helping me navigate insurance and comfortable talking to them on my behalf to get accurate information across. And constantly getting them whatever forms they were demanding in whatever format. He was very accessible, answered many questions and stuck with me through a very long, difficult process. I had shingles gone after a wind storm and an active leak and Rhoden tried to get us in as soon as they could. Would definitely recommend.

I have been forced to change my review. John Rhoden, owner of Rhoden is greedy and is out right trying to commit Insurance Fraud. We signed a contract for $23,417. Which we paid in full on May 26th.We were served to appear in court for $5107.01 for extras over and above what was contracted. Rhoden did not do anything extra!They are not as perfect as they advertise, they learned a lot from us through this process. The team are all very nice, it's just a shame it's all a scam to go after insurance money!!Rhoden Roofing has not proven to be a fantastic roofing company. The team is Very knowledgeable in all areas of construction. From the initial quote & presentation by Jacob Beckham (as well as "too many to count" questions and concerns he quickly comforted us with throughout process). Looking on the BBB you will see they use subcontractors. So I was impressed with the roofing team on our property, managed by crew leader John. A big shout out too to Meghan West for meeting with us to finalize billing (so WE THOUGHT WE FINALIZED) but she was great! Everyone was so nice and handled us with professionalism. We are not easy to please, being an Engineer, contractor / designer...we expect to get what we are sold... We don't recommend Rhoden and we will never use them.
