My ceilings are 100% on point. They completely blew my expectations out of the water. They scraped the popcorn and textured to knock down and it is BEAUTIFUL! As far as the painting goes - they did a good job- felt a little rushed towards the end which I felt led to several spots being missed or needing fixed- but I honestly don’t know how normal that is. I have always done my own painting job and they did better than I would have done. But they did fix it all and they were very nice and good to work with. Overall I’d say 4.5 stars but since that’s not an option to pick is why I went with 5 stars.

River City Painting Inc painted our 1927 2 -story Riverside home in early March of 2024.Luckily, we had good weather and they were able to get the project done in a little over a week. What impressed me was their prep work. The team of, approximately 6, painters were very considerate and conscientious about keeping the job site clean and neat.I would highly recommend River City Painting for your next exterior painting job.

Britt was very nice and professional. Answered all of our questions. The two people who came in our house to do the job were very courteous of us and our home. Did a great job removing the popcorn from our bedroom ceiling and painting it. Highly recommend River City Painting.

We're so happy with our newly painted exterior! Adam in sales was easy to work with, low pressure, explained the process well, and was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Samantha in the office was very responsive and did a great job guiding me in how to pick the colors we wanted. David, our project manager, kept us in the loop for the duration of the project and was very thorough during our final walk through. And the whole painting crew was so fast, efficient, and highly skilled! River City was able to get our project scheduled quickly, and completed the project within the given timeline.We highly recommend River City, and would be happy to work with them again on future projects.

We have used River City Painting several times I am sure this is not the last time either as they ALWAYS go above and beyond on every job we have hired them to do. We had some damage inside our house do to structural issues and hired them to fix the damage once we had piers placed around our foundation. This included drywall replacement, fixing several cracks in the wall and also fixing a crack in our ceiling which lead them to remove our popcorn celling and did a full knockdown in that room and then painting several rooms. They did an amazing job on it all and we are so pleased with the final work. I was so impressed with the knockdown that I have had them come out and give me a bid to do the rest of the house. If you are looking not only for professional results but wonderful staff and team to work with along the way this company will not disappoint! Adam came out to give us our bid (which we received well he was here) and he was very helpful and detailed. David who we have had the pleasure of working with prior and so happy to have him again he came out with the working crew and goes over everything on the work order with you and the crew prior to the work starting and is your contact throughout the working process. Anytime I have reached out to him he is available and so helpful. Even if you approve the final work and are pleased he ALWAYS comes out to do a final walk thru to make sure the work is up to their standards as well which is a special touch. Our working crew was professional and polite. I work from home and I never had any issues with the noise being an interference. We had work being done on several different floors of our house and they worked one floor at a time so that we were able to function in our home as well. We have a family member with Dementia living with us and change or people she doesn't know in the home can be confusing to her and not always easy but they went above and beyond to make sure she could be as comfortable as long as possible at home and worked on the room that she normally sits in last so she wasn't disrupted any longer then needed. That meant so much to me! They also make sure to protect your floors and other personal items prior to working in a room. Our foundation company was the extreme opposite so we had a huge mess left behind from them but with River City Painting it was such a sign of relief of how they go about protecting your home from a further mess or additional damage. I also got the pleasure to work with Leah (office staff) and actually meet her in person in the office. She was always so helpful, patient and professional. She made the billing / payment process simple, even when I had to make a special trip to their office due to me making a mistake. River City Painting is the full package! In the several times of hiring them I can honestly say I am able to relax and know that we are in good hands and my anxiety thanks them for that as well. :) Take my word for it, hire them! You won't be disappointed especially if you are lucky enough to have the staff that I have had the pleasure of working with.

I found River City Painting searching Yelp. What intrigued me was the possibility of a warranty. We had painted the exterior of our house 5.5 years ago with a super paint and it was already faded and in need of updating. I was hesitant to use a small, one man type shop company for this time.Joe came out to bid the job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the whole process. I bid I received was competitive to two other companies / individuals I had inquired with.Once I selected River City, they was able to get me on the schedule quickly, starting within a week of me paying the down payment.The project manager came out to discuss the job before the crew started. He walked through each stage of the job and ensured I felt comfortable. He checked in multiple times throughout the job to verify I was pleased with the progress. Any time I asked for a touch up, he happily asked the crew to fix it.The crew was overall thorough in their work, requiring little touch ups.I recommend River City Painting. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again for a long time 😜

I had a mess inside my house after windows were replaced by a contractor. Every window on the inside needed repaired around the trim. I googled to find a well qualified drywall contractor. River City had a high rating so I chose them. They taped, mudded, sanded & repainted each wall with a window. They looked good as new when they were done. I am very pleased with their work & their timeliness in getting the job done right! I would definitely recommend them.

The crew came in and skim coated and smoothed the previously wall papered walls. Sanded down and painted the wainscoting and chair rail along with the door. Also cleaned up the ceiling edge fron the old popcorn and matched the knock down ceiling texture and painted all. Did an excellent job on all and we are very pleased with the results. It was well worth the money to have then do the project.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the first contact of scheduling a person to come out for an estimate to when the job was finished. Customer service was top notch. Project manager was David, he came with Juan and Berta looked over the project prior to them starting. He gave me a card with what to expect as they start the project, gave me his cell number and he was in constant contact throught the entire job to make sure I was happy with how it was going and if I had any questions. Juan and Berta did an excellent job reparing, painting and cleaning up when finished. They were very professional and very nice. When the job was done Dave came back and we did a walk-through to make sure I was happy with the end results. They offer a 3 year guarantee on their work. I definitely will use them again.

Having the roof replaced, along with some facia boards on the house and garage. Requested River City Painting to give me an estimate for the work and they came the next day. I explained what I wanted and they took notes. I was told they would send the estimate that evening, and if there were questions, to call.I received the estimate and found it to be in the middle of a group I had. I advised them I wanted them to perform the work, but they needed to schedule around other work being done. They moved their schedule twice to accommodate other crrws without problems.Long story short, great company and paint crew to work with. Recently had the exterior of my home painted by River City Painting. I was impressed by the entire process from start to finish.
