Bryce and Zack both couple hard working dudes.!!We had 2 different bathrooms remodeled, one by each fella. These guys put in 10-12 hour hard working days. They came in and did a thorough job, while maintaining an efficiency. What they accomplish and in the amount of time they accomplish it, WITHOUT cutting corners, is impressive.!!Bryce encountered a surprise amount of concrete and just took the extra day of work like a champ, while still finishing the job in a very timely manner.Absolutely would choose Tailored Remodeling again.!

We wanted to remodel our bathroom by putting in a walk in shower. We hired Tailored Roofing and Remodeling. From start to finish it has been a wonderful experience. Andrew was our installer he has been wonderful to work with. If he hit a snag because this house isn’t perfect he just laughed and carried on. If the whole world was made up of gentlemen like Andrew it would be a much nicer place. I give him and the business a 10 and will recommend them to everyone.

I love my shower! A lot of my finishing that I wanted somehow got lost in transition with my salesman, however, Andrew Reeves, the guy who actually did the work was phenomenal! He knew what he was talking about. He had the knowledge to his craft down pat. He was quick, he was kind, he was informative. Exactly the right man to to the job right and to get the job done. He even came back a 3rd day to install my shower doors, they weren’t initially on the contract like I expected but with no hesitation came back and installed them! He was the best! A+ for Andrew!

We had 2 showers installed by Tailored and are really happy with them, 1 full bathroom and 1 shower only. Our installer Austin was great, very helpful/respectful. We are so happy with our bathrooms that we are having Tailored do our Kitchen also and can't wait to see the transformation.

My bathroom is beautiful. A lot more room around the stool area. The person doing the job was professional and polite, done a nice job, with no mess, he was very neat, and it was only 3 days. the first picture is of stool area after the wall is out, rest of picture is new bathroom

We had a walk in shower installed. Our bath was a complete disaster and they made it look fantastic! We were walked through the steps and options, and they worked with us to get what we needed. They kept in communication with us until our project was ready to begin. Our installers Rod and Mike were very respectful of our home and they made quick work of it, custom lifetime shower installed in a day and a half! We have other bathrooms that require attention and we will use Tailored again!

Shower remodel was done by one gentleman. The shower is gorgeous. Roy was very personable. He made me feel comfortable to have someone in your house. The comfort level could’ve gone either direction. Roy deserve the five star rating not only for the work on the shower, but his interaction with me on a personal level.

Zac was very professional. He was very polite when addressing my husband and myself. He cleaned up after himself and the finished product looks amazing. His demonstration on how to use the different aspects of the shower was very detailed and easy to understand. He also answered any questions we had. Explained how 50-50 ratio of vinegar and water in spray bottle was the best way to clean shower and to follow up with a microfiber cloth. We were very very pleased with the service and professionalism of Zac. I am certainly excited to take a shower in my new walk in shower after waiting 24 hours for it to cure.

From the start of this project to being completed nothing but excellent work quality. Juliana prepared the quote, covered everything in great detail, answered all of our questions, best of all no pressure to make a sale. Colton was the installer, called to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival covered what he was going to do. Talk about outstanding work, covered the carpet, went the extra step to keep us informed of the progress, kept the work area clean, great worker. Once completed went over everything. Both of the employees for this company are doing the right stuff. Will be contacting the company for future work for sure. Thanks again to the both for there time and a job well done.

I’ve used a lot of installers before, but these young men were the very best. They were here at 8 both mornings and left around 6 that evening and stayed until they finished at 7 the next night. I can't brag on Jerry enough!! He had two bathrooms to do, and was so professional! First, he is kind and friendly! Always smiling (or singing)! 😊Second, he worked his butt off!! He was engaged from the minute he stepped in our house, until days end! I only seen him stop once in four days, to catch a breath. That was after hauling out 4 huge old tile slabs that had 3 inches of cement on the back of them. Third, he always asked what we wanted. Where to hang bars, how high. He wanted us to be happy! And last, but certainly not least, his work ethic! My house was never left in disarray! He swept, vacuumed, and always used a tarp to walk on. Even at the end of a work day, his area was neat clean and picked up! When he finished, we did a final walk through, and I am so very happy!! I don't know his last name, but I would recommend Jerry everyday, all day! Thank you Jerry! Andrew installed our walk-in shower efficiently & worked quickly, putting in long hours. We are very happy as we don't have to step over a tub anymore- no tripping. Crystal the way you reach out and touch base with those that need it is awesome. We need more people like you to pick up the pieces few want to acknowledge. Bryce did a great job fixing the issues he noticed and even addressed the other issues he couldn't repair that same day. Quickly got in touch with Crystal and they worked it out to get the pieces we needed in and swapped out. This experience started off rough and ended smoothly with our concerns met and needs looked at as priority. We will see them again in the future very soon. Absolutely love our new shower and the whole purchase & installation process in which we received it.Seth was punctual and very knowledgeable & helpful when picking out the style & accessory's to go with it when ordering.Never would I have believed someone could do the installation & cleanup in a couple days. Was expecting the water to be turned off for hours but Andrew had pipes modified & water back on in 15 minutes. Kevin was my installer. He was very efficient with his work. Wasted no time getting started and worked that way till the job was complete. He left the place as he found it and treated it like it was his own bathroom and house. Wrong shower head that was installed was the wrong shower head that I needed called the company and Kevin showed back up later in the day, reinstalled the correct shower head and problem was taken care of in a professional manner. Kevin worked from early in the morning until late it wasn't something that I was expecting to happen, but he did a great job and I would recommend your company to anyone looking to have a new good looking tub and shower installed. I would also recommend Kevin for any bathroom job that needs to be taken care of in your home. Great job by all from the salesman Curtis down to the installer Kevin. Even the office when called they were kind and curious to my needs and how to get the problem resolved.
