Everything from the quote to the install was super simple. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Installation was scheduled quick, and done in a matter of hours by a very nice installer. Now, I have a new, fantastic, and beautiful sliding door. It's pretty and glides so smoothly. We even had to laugh that the color we picked was an exact match to what I had already as my trim. It has been a pleasure.

I knew I needed windows, but where does one start on finding the right windows? After all, it’s not a cheap ordeal, no matter what product is selected.This is where Woodbridge saved the day.My number was referred to an associate who reached out to me for a demonstration at my home. Upon the scheduled time, he pulled up with a whole kit of materials and even a portable window to really walk the walk. After seeing the incredible energy savings these windows bring, I couldn’t imagine missing the opportunity. So I went ahead and applied. It was so easy!Approval was very fast, allowing for a seamless transition to the next steps of the project: measurements. Technicians called and scheduled a time to measure the windows as the orders are custom to the home. By the time they measured to when my phone rang for the installation scheduling, I only waited a couple of weeks at the most.The techs who installed my new windows showed up right on time, got right to work and got the job done in just 2 hours! That’s a window an hour, demo and all. Once the job was complete, what mess? I couldn’t even tell there were people working just 10 minutes ago.10/10 on everything from start to finish. If all contracts were done to this detail and attentiveness, we’d not be living on Earth as we know it. Thank you, Woodbridge!! I have 2 more windows coming soon!

Had my basement windows replaced, absolutely love them, functionality and curb appeal are superb. Installation was quick and clean. Woodbridge Company was easy to work with. The salesman was very informative, and the next day, someone was here to measure the windows. And, the time before having the custom made windows installed was just several weeks.Plus, as a great side benefit, the installers were fantastic.I am very impressed with the entire company, beginning to the present.(I can't say beginning to end, because we will be able to enjoy these windows for years)

The insulation of my windows and the experience was excellent. The insulation was fast and hassle-free. The insulator Mr Vincent was very professional and I would have him install all my windows in the future. Mr Vincent and his crew where very professional, kept the work site very clean and keep me informed of every step. Mr Vincent was very professional. The windows look great I'm very happy with the work that was done and the windows look great. The bedroom is already 15 degrees warmer.

This is the second home we have had Woodbridge windows and doors installed and we were not disappointed. The windows are great they are the same size, but they look so much better. They let in so much more light and we have already lowered our thermostat two degrees just by having the new windows.

We had Woodbridge remove a large arched window on the front of our house a then install a new rectangular window. They framed in the old arch so we can side over that area. The two installers they sent out were very competent framers and did a super job framing in the old arch and installing the new window. They really did a nice job on the inside as well. Wish I had written their names down so I could tell you to ask for them specifically. Great company, a crew of 3 men came out this morning very professional, took out our old windows and replaced them with new. Outstanding job, very clean, was very careful when taking out the windows and installing the new ones. Checked over the work like it was there own house. Very pleased. Bathroom window was made wrong and the installers fixed the problem right away, new one will be here in a few weeks. Showed us how to pop them out to clean and other little things about when closing them. Called and they had a salesmen come out and give me the details and the price all within couple days. Placed the order and they had the windows done and installed 6th weeks after I originally called in Nov. The construction team were great and everything looks and meets my expectations. We had decorative pieces on our house that had some rot. They approached us with their plan to fix it, along with the soffit and fascia to protect the house. The sales pitch was all about quality products, craftsmanship, and warranty. They came and simply covered up the issue. A year and a half later we noticed that the "quality product" wasn't even protecting our house anymore. They came out and said it all would be fixed we just needed to take the gutters down. When the gutters came down, we found that there was a large hole in our house along with more rot and that pieces in that rear of house are also exposing the wood to the elements. Now the gutters are down but we can't seem to get anyone from the company on the phone let alone out to fix the issue. Our experience has been anything but quality.

Their team came on a Saturday for my convenience. They replaced all my windows, took all the old (from the 60’s) cleaned inside and out in only a few hours. Rick and his team were so great and friendly. Used to be very good at coming out and replacing whatever need done. But well over a year ago 5/21 they said the hail damage that was done was not covered under the warranty thank goodness I have good home owners insurance. Also they replaced a window (pictured below) There was nothing wrong with the paint or wall prior to them replacing it with the new one which is pictured below, but rather scoring around the window trim they ripped the old trim off like a bad bandage. So everything matches I thought I would have them replace the siding anyways, they left it up to me to work between them and the insurance and things might get done within the next few months if I'm lucky. I would not suggest this company to even my worst enemy. Feel free to MSG me on FB Messenger for more details P.S. I'm having to fix the wall myself by having to put up new dry wall because they ripped the outer layer paper off

The service provided to us was a walk-in shower installation where a bathtub used to be. It’s beautiful! We have grab bars secured to the studs, new shower walls where tile used to be. They went down to the studs and replaced insulation and put in new drywall. Best of all, they did it in 8.5 hours! The lead person was Leo Correia. His expertise and skill, was only exceeded by his politeness. The clean-up was immaculate. We are so happy with the outcome.

Rick did a beautifull job.very pleased with his work and enjoyed his company very. much.He had the job completed in less than 2 hours and did the cleanup when finished as he had said he would.I also give credit ro the two gentleman helping him as they did a fine job rhey were doing and cleaned up after they finished up also.Rick and his crew were very delightfull to have working here and Rick waa very good at showing me how to clean the windows from inside the house.was very pleased with all three of the crew.Thank you all for a job well done . I'm generous in giving Woodbridge a two-star rating. I had windows installed and was also upsold some metal coverings around my doors and garage to clean things up. Ultimately, I have buyers remorse. I was duped by the sales pitch and find the windows are decent, but WAY overpriced (6 standard windows = $10K...just FYI). Install quality was sub-par, and I had personal items damaged, including my bed by the installer. Save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else for your window needs.

We had windows done first and then siding a week later. The people that did our windows were great, very friendly and did a good job explaining how to use them. They cleaned up everything and disposed of not only our old windows, but also all of our blinds, which was nice! Then with the siding, they weren't as friendly and used minimal communication. They weren't rude or anything, just would've preferred better communication. When they were done the first day they just left. They didn't say a word. They were almost done, but NOT done and we were like ummm I hope they are coming back tomorrow, but we really had no idea for sure what was going on. Then the next day when they were finished we did look at it and sign (our fault for not looking better and asking about it), but they left quite a bit of stuff around not cleaned up and they didn't put anything back where it was (mailbox, flag holder, plant holder, sign hook, etc.) Now I don't know if this is common practice or not, but if I was taking things off of someone's exterior wall, I personally would be taking pics and putting them back exactly as I found them, or at least asking the owner what they preferred. When you're paying someone $30,000, it would be nice if you didn't have to put all of this stuff back up yourself, just my opinion.As far as the work, we think our home looks great! And although we haven't seen a bill yet, we do believe that there will be a decrease. The room that was always cold is no longer cold!About the pressure sales that people have commented in their reviews, yes, it's a bit high pressure. Our lady was really nice and explained things really well. We went in knowing that we wanted this, but we were pretty unsure of the high cost. But she was good at her job! She showed us things that made us believe in the product! The triple pane is nice for sure and the insulation being locked into the siding was a plus too. We also really liked the warranty. The reviews on here do make me a bit nervous, but hopefully If we need to deal with them in the future, all will be ok.Overall, we are pretty happy so far and hope that our windows and siding are as lasting as they promise!Adding a before/after pic.

Love my new windows. The installation crew did a wonderful job. Jeff made sure I was happy with everything and that the windows operated smoothly. They were very careful around my furniture and plants. Entire crew were friendly, professional and worked quickly. Can't wait until cooler weather so I can open windows and they stay put lol. The windows really keep heat out, love the tint. Great company and windows!!

All about their money, customer service when there is an issue is an afterthought. they have sent 4 people out to look at the problem, and no return communication. This has gone on for 6 or more months. it has been over a month since this review still no reply to calls or even a comment on their work and customer service that plain sucks!
