They replaced a roof for the sellers of this property. The gutters had screens on them and in just a few months the screens started coming off in the Kansas wind. I was told that the screens were not placed back as they should be. I contacted the company and told them the problem and was told they would send someone by. Weeks and months went by with no further conact. I happened to see the job foreman and I told him about the problem. He promised to get on it. Again, months went by with no contact. My realtor was finally able to get a response, which was that it wasn't their problem and I should contact a guttering business. I did that and when he looked at it today, he said the screens were not put back like they should be. This shouldn't be my expense. The roofers caused the problem. I would not recommend this company because all they want to do is replace a roof and move on.Service: Roof installation

We needed to get our roof replaced and wanted to support local businesses. After my husband and I both tried calling and left voicemails for over a month, we decided to use a company out of Wichita. Good luck trying to reach this company!

My husband and I recently had Thomson Construction replace the roof on our house. The whole process, from start to finish, was a wonderful experience. It was all very fast and very great work! Danny came to our house on Friday to get us a quote and left color options for us. The following Monday he was back out with the quote, Tuesday he brought samples of the colors we had chosen to my husband’s work, and Thursday they were ripping off our old roof! On Saturday, when the roofers got started for the day, there was a pretty big mess around the outside of our house. We left for the day and honestly expected a mess when we got home because there was so much. We expected to have to call the company to tell them to come back and clean. Much to our surprise, it was SPOTLESS when we got back home! We were stunned. It was absolutely amazing. Our roof is beautiful, done in a very timely and professional manner, and we are very impressed with how everything went from start to finish. Would recommend this company to anyone!

I watched this company replace the roof on two houses in my neighborhood. Their crews were extremely skilled, worked very hard and produced an excellent finished product. I chose them to replace my roof. I was even more impressed with my experience. They were pleasant to work with and meticulous about cleaning up each day. I made the right choice and would recommend them to anyone.

The owner of this company is a big disappointment! They fixed my roof and another roof beside mine owned by my landlords and they left a huge mess of nails in my driveway!! I had already replaced two tires because of nails in them and now have to spend more money on others because they did such a poor job at making sure they were all picked up. The guys working on the roof said they would pay for the replacement ones, so the next day when I proceeded to call and talked to the owner he didn't seem to care or mind, said what's your name and number and I'll call you back! That was last week! I'm glad it's such and outstanding company in the community,but doesn't matter that there mess is causing other people money and don't care to reimburse for there screw up! Due to the large ad in the paper and being voted #1 in Cowley County, we gave this company a call for an estimate on some house repair. After calling several times, someone answered the phone and promised to come by on a certain day to look at the work that needed to be done. Nobody showed up. We called again a few days later and left a message, but never received a call back. We hired someone else to do the work--someone who actually communicated with us .

If you need a new roof, look no further! These guys do a phenomenal job, are professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier. They were in constant contact to make sure I was satisfied before, during, and after having my roof installed. They even came out to patch the roof while waiting for my metal roofing to come in because we had a number of storms, and I knew my roof would not survive! I urge you to call them for anything you may need!

Very disappointed. My insurance agent & I contacted them seeing their ad on the paper saying #1 in Cowley County but they never showed up. Although they told us they were busy but promised come over for roof inspection for insurance, but despite my 2 calls to them, they didn't come for 2 weeks, and no communication unless I called. So this review is not on their work but just for communication and attentiveness.

Thomson Construction roofed our new house and porches. We were very pleased with their work. Our experience was great and the job site was cleaned up very well afterwards. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a roofer in the area.

I feel the need to apologize.They are very good about coming out again to fix it. They don't charge you unless they find another issue. I cant say that about other companies. Sorry about the last review I was being a witch with capital B. I'm usually not like that .Service: Roof repair

Very happy with their work! They did all the communication with the city and our insurance company, workers were nice and they did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend them!

This Crew was working a couple doors down in Winfield from my friends House.. after 3 days of working today they saw his nephew and son working on his roof...they called the city inspector and whined cried and complained.....WHY??...because THEY didnt get the job....and they dont like the nephew...tried to get my friends nephew into trouble with the city...sorry whiney thompson....it didnt work.....this construction company tries to undermine compeditors....... I'm wondering how many people on that crew were actually American citizens and not illegal immigrants....substandard NOT professional.....
