We contacted Eli Baldridge about replacing our gutters due to some storm damage. Eli was very professional and quick to respond. He had us an estimate in no time and the new gutters were completed 2 days later. They were very reasonably priced and they look amazing. I interacted with the business owner and his staff, and everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and on time. I love the IKO roofing system they use - excellent quality, and I love it that the business owner and staff will not take short cuts in their work. They insist on doing it right. What they offered me in the estimate, although priced a tiny bit more, had MUCH better upgrades/updates included compared with other roofers, so it turned out to be a better value. If you want it done right, call them.

I have heard positive reviews of this company. I asked for some quotes on new vinyl siding and was provided with some estimates. However, they became unresponsive when I asked further questions regarding options for different styles and colors. Eventually, the woman I was working with stopped responding entirely. As a result, I decided to go with a competing company.

It says a lot about an owner's character that they would create fake reviews and make no effort to hide that it was they who made the review. Curt and Renee have both posted a review on their own business acting as though they were a customer. I would not want this shady of a person getting anywhere near my home.
