I have nothing good to say but it looks better than it did, anything would have done that.I'm called too picky, yet they've been here numerous times to do work, once to check an issue, now will not fix or address the issues that they've known about since the install.I had honestly hoped for a better job at the extremely high price but that doesn't always happen.Oh well, been a cpl years and still no fixes, only excuses.I hate to leave a review like this but I've known the owner forever and truly thought he'd do us better. Walter Stubblefield and the crew at J S Vinyl are top notch professionals who truly care about their customers. They have done several jobs for me and my husband over the years at more than one of our homes. The first job they ever did for us was replacing the old windows in our basement. That job was so well done that we’ve stuck with them for practically everything we’ve needed fixed since then. They’ve roofed two homes for us, installed gutters on one, rebuilt our front porch roof and even helped me with getting rid of raccoons invading my home. And since my husband passed away, Walter has given me advice on many projects that still need doing, all of which I plan to have them take care of. I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship they do and the care and concern they show when they do it. I am so grateful to have them in my corner whenever I need anything done around my home.

I am so happy with the fence they installed!!!! The owner gave the estimate and was very thorough, offering suggestions and answering any questions. They kept in touch with me during the job regarding weather delays. They were very friendly and respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I'm really disappointed with them. They told me there was a lifetime warranty with a gutter they installed. It started to come loose from the house last fall and I called them to tighten it before it got worse. There was to be someone who would stop by to look at it, but no one did. Now the gutter is laying in the yard and they won't return my calls. I'm trying to find someone else to fix the problem now. I have 6 sections of gutters and the only one they installed is the one that fell off.

My experience with them went only as far as a phone call. The lady that answered the phone was rude enough to make me realize that this was a company I didn't want to do business with. Customer service is obviously not a priority.
