Excellent job! The crew worked from sun up to sun down for 2 days to get our roof replaced. It looks better than it did when we built our house 23 years ago.We called several roofing company’s when we incurred storm damage to our roof on both of our structures and True Line was very responsive, Brad was upfront and told us he would work to get us the best price that he could.We got top of the line materials but at the best price, compared to all of the other company’s we talked to. We had our roof replaced almost two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the process from start-finish!Brad and Kaci were both so helpful and so easy to talk to. The crew did a wonderful job and were very quick with the work! Brad made sure I was aware of each step as it was happening. He was able to get skylight replacement parts quickly and vents to match the updated roof.Both my husband & I felt the price was beyond reasonable and our home looks better than it ever has. We went with Moiré Black. We highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had our roof repaired in January 2022. They did a qreat job. I didn't leave a review then because I wanted to make sure of two things. That the roof was repaired well and that the company would stand by their work. This week after a storm we found a shingle in our yard. We thought it had come from the side True Line had replaced. It hadn't but when I called they said we are still under warranty and Brad came the next day to check it out. So the roof they replaced is still in great shape and they do stand behind their work. I highly recommend .

Brad did an excellent job of guiding us through the process of having a new roof installed. They did a good job and the roof looks great. The only problem was that our gutter screens were destroyed during the tear off and had to be replaced ($2100).

Doing business with True Line Roofing was a breeze. Brad and Casey came to our home and evaluated our roof and as we suspected it was time for a new one. True Line Roofing has been the ONLY Roofing company to actually show up, not only on time but actually earlier than originally discussed, for an estimate on our roof. We wanted an estimate for repair and an estimate for replacement and demolition of chimney. They were originally not prepared for the 2 layer shingle tear off when they started and when it was brought up to have done, they weren't upset, they addressed things accordingly and handled it for us! Not only that but also addressed that our roof needed some cosmetic things addressed to allow for the metal to lay nicer looking. They didnt just throw the metal up there and try to get the job done quicker without addressing visual flaws first and we greatly appreciated that! Everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and respectful. We even had them reroute our water heater vent through the roof and they put nice little covers on the two other vents as well. We are so happy with the finished product and work that has been done! It looks very neat and we are very proud of our roof! Thank you True Line Roofing!

True Line Roofing was exceptional to work with!! Due to wind damage, I needed roofs replaced on my home and detached garage in Benton, Ky. Brad and Kaci quickly got the roofs inspected and gave me a quote. After deciding on the roof shingle color, the needed materials were ordered. When received, Karen called to set up an appointment for roof replacement, and the roofers were here less than a week later. Both roofs were replaced in one day. Two days later, I had a question about something with the roof. I contacted Brad on Friday. He and Kaci were here on Monday to check it out and took care of a very minor issue that had nothing to do with the way the shingles were laid on the house. I am extremely happy with the great service received from Brad, Kaci, Karen, and everyone at True Line Roofing!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement!!!

Trueline did an amazing job on our roof in Calvert City. The service was excellent from start to finish and the value for the price is exceptional. We just had new landscaping and we’re very concerned about damage being done during the process. Karen assured us that everything would be taken care of by true line if we had issues. There were none. This was the hardest working and most efficient group I have ever seen. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They were kind efficient and very professional. We enjoyed having trueline help and would highly recommend them.

We had some storm damage that took off several shingles. We got in touch with True Line and a few other roofing companies for a quote. True Line was the first company to get back with us. They immediately tarped our roof so we didn’t get any further damage. They got us a quote and had our roof fixed in a few weeks when it was our turn. We never had any trouble with getting a response from them if we had questions or concerns. They did the job in a day and had everything cleaned up and out of our yard quickly. Their price was under what our insurance quoted and our roof looks great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer!

From the first time Brad came to my door following the Dec 10th tornado volunteering to tarp my roof, I was impressed with the caring that came from the True Line staff. Their follow up and and response time was always quick and pleasant, and their pricing was very fair. In fact, when Brad brought my contract to get signed, I was surprised to see the price had actually come down from my quoted price. They received a better price on supplies and passed it on to me. Very Honest and professional. Of course my Roof and Gutters look Amazing. The entire crew that worked at my home were awesome from start to finish. Very courteous and respectful. My wife and I had a great experience with True Line.. From the first time Brad and his wife Kasey arrived, we hit it off. They did an excellent job of checking and measuring the house and garage roofs. They came by while the roofs were being replaced just to check with us and if we had any questions..The installers arrived right at 7:30 and had our whole job finished and totally cleaned up by 5:30! What a group of fun and professional people. Fast and efficient and the roofs look great.We would highly recommend them! No surprises and every thing looks great. Our experience with Tru-Line Roofing was exceptional. Brad Dixon and his lovely wife Casey were very responsive to our questions, and communication was superb from the time they did the initial inspection/estimate until the job was completed. It only took the crew a little over a day to complete the job, and the quality of workmanship and materials assured us that this was a roof that would last a long time. They even went the extra mile and had their talented carpenter, Danny Ferguson, repair the soffits that were rotted from leaks from our old roof. The experience with True Line Builder and Roofing was a consumer's dream. All the information was provided up front to make the choice easy to use these guys. Price, choices, warranties, workmanship and timeline were all down on paper in a short amount of time. The best thing was "They did what they said they would do when they said they would." Bradley D. helped greatly on the paperwork and was here daily for a while and when not here, contacting us daily all through the process. Two layers of roofing torn off and a new one laid down in one day!! His crew is fast and professional and cleaned up the area better than it was before they started.
