This business was recommended by a friend I trust that had recent roof work done. Platinum Roofing replaced my entire roof which was damaged by a storm. They communicated with my insurance company and myself making the process so easy and less stressful. William Criswell was very professional, courteous, trustworthy and honest. Mr. Criswell and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM, tore off the old roof and checked for damage. Put on the new shingle roof, protected my property, cleaned up the mess and job completed by 12:30 PM. Roof looks great and price was very good! Mr. Criswell not only did a great job but also recommended an awesome tree service and contractor that I was very happy with!! I was in need of a roof repair due to leaking. I worked with Will of Platinum Roofing and he helped me come up with the best plan and even improved my attic ventilation. They were on time, reasonably priced, they worked quick and it was a smooth process. I was happy with the service I received. 3 years later, now I’m in need of a whole new roof. I called Will again, they got my work done sooner than expected, finished the work quickly, very professional and the whole situation was stress free for a second time! This was my first experience with a home owners insurance claim on our lake cottage where a tree fell down in the Spring 2023 storms and damage part of our roof. This company is dishonest. William came out to my house and gave me a quote in August and said, "He could get it done quickly." He never honored his quote or his word and avoided my calls until November when he proceeded to make me feel that I wasn't as important as his other customers. Avoid this company if you're looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted this company for a quote and was given a prompt quote, I was informed the project could be done quickly after I was ready. When I contacted to schedule it, he was now "too busy" and said he would contact me, after of month of no contact, I called and was informed it could be done the next week. It rained that day so it was not done nor was I contacted, another 1.5 months went by with no contact. I attempted to call 5 times over the course of 3 weeks and could not reach him nor could I leave a voicemail. I sent a text message multiple months ago and received no response on it so I did not expect a reply, but I decided to attempt a text again and I was promptly replied with a message informing my calls were now marked as spam when I called, and I was informed he has bigger projects he has to get to first. The constant lies and Unprofessionalism were extremely frustrating and disappointing.
