JOB HALF DONE…As pricey are they are you would think they would see the job all the way through and “RESTORE” it to its original state. The tech removed the base board, broke it in multiple places and then told me its a complete separate job to put them back on at the end of the job for an additional cost. I called the office to ask about it and she said they only do DEMOLITION mind you this is a RESTORATION company. They make you sign a contract stating you will pay whatever they charge when the job is complete. Tech quoted me $600+ on site then called me later quoting $800+ then ended up paying $700+. This was my first occurrence with them and having this issue but definitely a learning experience I’d give 0 stars is i could.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

My tech from Lipscomb did an Awesome job on my carpet. He ( Devon ) did what I thought was impossible. I can actually stand to walk barefoot again. The entire staff from pricing to scheduling appointment was exceptional, considering this was an internet discovery and last minute for me. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and my service tech was here Monday morning and on time. I will definitely be calling them in the future and I highly recommend to anyone that needs their carpets or area rugs cleaned professionally. If you are looking for a professional cleaning service ( carpet/etc ), please call these guys “ Lipscomb), I did. I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars to Lipscomb Cleaning & Restoration - I would! My family was in a EF4 Tornado and Lipscomb came to our rescue just a few days after the storm took a large toll on our home. They helped gut and prep our home for the contractors to begin the rebuilding phase. They were always professional, always on time, and a breeze to work with. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we (the customer) were taken care of to the fullest. I have to give a shoutout to Leif! He is the only person I would want to work with when it comes to dealing with this type of damage! He is fantastic to work with and really cares about his customers. Lafe and his crew came out and helped us when we bought our house and found some unexpected mold and water damage. The job was completed in a timely manner. Lafe was professional, but personable. Very nice people to do business with. I called the business and the project manager Lafe Riggs came right on out about 45 min later. Looked at the work that needed to be done. Fully explained the whole process. Gave us an estimate the next day and came out that afternoon. He was very polite and very reasonable. And on time! I rarely leave a review, but this guy and this company are great to do business with. I highly recommend them. He even explained all the services they offer. But not in a sales tone, once you meet Mr. Riggs you will see what I’m trying to say. He is honest and hard working. Very professional! We plan on having the vent system cleaned next. I assure you you won’t find a more knowledgeable and professional person. These people know their business!

We used their service at our motel business here at the Regency Inn in Eddyville. They are by far the best carpet cleaning service we have used in our 35 years of running this business. The techs were professional, quick, thorough and took care of any extraordinary issues like stains and odors to make our carpets like new. We will definitely be using them again in the future. We had an unfortunate event happen in our household causing an incredible amount of water damage. Stuart and his team were onsite within 30 minutes of me calling them to begin the drying process. Nearly 1000 sq ft of hardwood needed to be torn up and replaced along with tile and carpet. They took care of everything from dealing with the insurance agent to handling the different trades in the repair process. Communication was second to none. A+++++++
