Dynamic Restoration did a professional job. They replaced our leaking roof and sealed the exterior bricks to diminish leaking. They also installed new hardwood floor, and new tiles in the kitchen. Carlos will always answer my texts and talk to me on the phone. He’s so great.

I just called for the forth time about the siding on the back of my house that has warped or melted. I’ve researched what causes this and it’s either poor quality or nailed down too tight to where it doesn’tg get proper ventilation. My siding was put on in 2018. When it was originally put on the nails came through my dry wall leaving nail pops. I just want it fixed like you should do and honor. I would not recommend this company. I will also be posting on BBB

Called them for an estimate when a tree fell on my house. Never got a full estimate after asking repeatedly. Was billed for the estimate and had a " contract cancellation" fee even though they never provided me an itemized invoice that would have made the contract valid. I do not recommend, they do not seem very honest.

Been trying to get siding repaired by this company since early March. Original siding has been discontinued, but there is a very close replacement that can work. Representative communication about the status of our project was very poor. I last contacted the representative on June 9th, with no reply since. If you are not interested in taking a smaller job, just say so. Moving on.

Representative called about replacing my roof. We made an appointment for him to check my roof and give me a quote. He never showed for the appointment. Waited all day, thinking he was possibly in a different time zone. Tried three times to call, getting a message in Spanish that his mailbox was full. Big loss for this company. Not only did they lose my business, they lost my recommendations....and I know a lot of people.

Estimator arrived on time but never provided a quote. I asked for a quote the same day and he stated that even though it only took ten minutes to prepare a quote he could not do it until the next day. However we never received a quote the next day and he would not return calls or texts. I would not recommend this company.

A gentleman came out to quote a repair for storm damage for an insurance claim. He told me he would get a quote over as soon as possible. He never followed up and then weeks later when asked again told us the job was too small. Never had any intention of providing a quote and lied to my face.

Had someone come out to give me a quote to replace my roof and was extremely rude to me and my wife for no reason and ended up just leaving with no explanation. Pretty shady stuff

Even thoungh paying for replacing a roof is never a fun experience, Dynamic Restoration made it a nice and peaceful choice.
