Replaced my broken-down furnace and my perfectly fine (old) condensing unit on March 9, 2020 (right before pandemic pricing). Charged me 25٪ more than Sneller, Bryant, Help, Comfort, Thomas&Galbraith, etc. The girl behind the phone told me it has a 10-year warranty as long as it was tuned up once a year. I asked if any hvac company could tune it to stay in compliance with the warranty, to which she said yes. 4 years later, it wasn't blowing out cold air. Called ONE Hour, they said the condensing unit motor was bad, quoted me $900ish to replace. I called Arlinghaus to see if it was still covered under warranty. I was told they have to do their own diagnoses, to which I scheduled an appointment. I paid Arlinghaus $100ish to tell me the motor in the condensing unit was bad, they could replace it for $800ish and my warranty was no longer good because I didn't use them for my yearly tune ups. A week later, no repairs done, I turned my AC on and it's been working fine. I called Arlinghaus to question the diagnosis. The tech said he never heard of overload current protection in a motor to prevent the motor from damage. Knew right then he was incompetent, haven't heard back from Arlinghaus, won't be calling them ever!

Greg Collins just left, was here about an hour explained everything took pictures and I get my new air conditioner tomorrow!! I’m so excited, Greg was such a nice man and I’m sure I will be just as pleased with tomorrow’s crew. Thanks again Greg!!Would also like to thank James Hughes for coming Monday night and checking out my air conditioning and explaining what was wrong and set it up for Greg to come today, and cool air tomorrow! Happy HappyCan’t seem to get another post so will just add to these, Brandon and Cody came today and put my new air conditioner in and they were both so nice and did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything would never know they had worked so hard and long. It is so cool in my house will sleep good tonight Thank all 4 of these great men for helping me with my new air conditioner, thanks again!

Fantastic!! 6 ⭐'s Alex was very polite, extremely professional with the patience of an angel. He explained every step of the process, what he was doing and why it needed to be done. My issue was resolved in one visit! It was very interesting getting to see the internal workings of my system. This also gave me a great deal of comfort knowing he was very educated and knew what he was doing. I joined the Happy House Club and can't wait to have them continue to keep my house "a happy house " 😉

Chris came out very quick when we noticed our air was not working. He did a complete inspection and helped us weigh out our options. He was very knowledgeable, which made us feel at ease. We decided to move forward and he sent out project managers the same day! Jim Ralph and another man came out and did another inspection and gave us a quote for a new hvac system. They scheduled us for next day install! I was amazed how quickly they got us on the schedule. Jeff and tom did an amazing job on installation. They were here all day, in the hot heat, installing our new hvac system. They walked us through our new system and answered all questions we had before leaving for the night. Jim Ralph showed up mid day with milk shakes for his crew as well for our family! The kids loved that! We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from Arlinghaus, we will refer all our friends and family!

Absolutely seamless and amazing experience working with this company. Jason arrived on time to give us an estimate and thoroughly inspected our home and explained our options. The next day, Brandon installed an entirely new HVAC system in our home. He and his team arrived on time, had everything organized, worked tirelessly and finished with a careful explanation of all the new things about our system. Extremely neat, courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

My A/C wasn't blowing out any cold air. I found the scheduling process was quick and easy and was able to get an appointment the same day. The tech, Steve, was super professional, explained everything he checked, and detailed all issues. Price was reasonable. He fixed what he could and ordered the part for the rest of the repairs.

Steve did a great job pointing out our problems and providing information regarding our repair to our hvac system. Tyler Woodall also did a great job in explaining what a new system would do, how it will be installed, gave us discounts for using our old system as a teaching tool for students and answered any questions my wife and I had about acquiring a new system and future maintenance. Thanks Arlinghaus!Had Brandon and Cody install the new system today and everything went smoothly and they did a great job explaining the features of this new system. Thanks again.

For a few years I've been dreading calling someone to get a new ac.. I wish I hadn't waited. Max showed up today and not only was super professional he was beyond helpful in helping us find what's best for us. His knowledge and kindness during it all was amazing. We never felt pressured into anything and was left feeling like we were in the best hands with Arlinghous.

Darian was polite and well-spoken. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Suggested we may want to consider replacing our water heater due to its age and gave us a couple off options. We will ponder those and hope nothing bad happens in the meantime.

I received installation bids from 3 reputable companies in Cincinnati for a new furnace, a/c unit, and air compressor. And I chose Arlinghaus solely b/c of Max Waller. Compared to the other estimates I received, Max had substantial knowledge about the every piece of equipment (giving options + pros & cons) and was so proactive about the challenges of heating & cooling our unique Mt. Adams home, that it often felt like he was reading our mind. He also didn't feel too "salesy" in the process, which was greatly appreciated.I've been told that the equipment is only as good as the people installing it, and from what I can tell Shane, Nate, & Jose did a great job. They kept me updated during the installation process, cleaned up after themselves, and worked non-stop for 9 hours.My one opportunity area for the installation team is to use a large putty knife (or similar) when caulking any large holes/areas. I think it would look better.Separately, I also appreciated how everyone from Arlinghaus cleaned up after themselves and continually wore booties over their shoes when entering/exiting the home.

Brandon and his team did a great job on a very long install day. They were professional and communicative throughout the process and stayed until everything was online and working. I also appreciate they were receptive to all of our requests to tweak the install to make it perfect for our house and future plans. Tom, our HVAC project manager, was very helpful when we were deciding on our new equipment. So far we are loving our new heat pump and furnace!

We were very pleased with Darien‘s visit yesterday. He was here to give us details of installing a tankless water heater. A bit pricey for our budget when our water heater is still working. My philosophy, I cannot get rid of something when it is not broken. This experience was very pleasurable. I always say, I believe you built a relationship with your technician more than the business. I would like to see the same person come back to my home each time. Just my thought

Darion went above and beyond for our plumbing issue today. He was extremely personable, genuine, nice, and thoroughly explained everything throughout his visit. He figured out the issue quickly which helped alleviate our stress levels. He went over all of our options and made some recommendations for future service when we are ready to install a new toilet. We are so thankful for his help and will be requesting Darion for all future Arlinghaus bookings!

Our tech, Brandon S. is excellent. He’s been to our home 3 times for service calls and is consistently courteous, knowledgable and honest. He took great care of us replacing the motor on our AC. We can tell he takes pride in his work and conscientious how he represents his company. We always have a great experience with Arlinghaus and the only service company we have used for the past 15 years.

All individuals that I have dealt with who are associated with Arlinghaus have been great, especially Tom Owens. Tom spent almost 4 hours at my house not only making sure which furnace would be best, but also discussing all aspects of what would be done in the process of installing a new furnace. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in details that were understandable, but best of all explained all my options without pushing one option over another. I felt very comfortable talking with him and listening to the ends and outs of purchasing a new furnace. I highly recommend him and will recommend him and Arlinghaus to all my friends and acquaintances.

Max was very professional and welcoming. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions. He empathizes very well. He asked so many questions, took me through the home comfort assessment and was very knowledgeable on explanations on why certain systems would help and what I didn't need. He took more pictures. It's been 28 yrs since I faced the cost of a new furnace. He was very good at easing me into the shock of the new costs. He put me at ease. That's a gift!

Tyler done a great job of explaining what was wrong and what needed done. He was very informative as to what had to be done. At that point I called my warranty company to get it fixed. They haven't had time to come out to fix it so I am waiting for them to respond. Tyler was a great plumber and I would love to use him again.

Cody from Arlinghaus we very honest and helpful. He did not presure a sale on us but was willing to help us get our vent fixed which will help with our energy bill. He stated our system is old but running fine so no need to replace at this time. If it's not broken don't fix it. Having someone who is willing to give an honest opinion and not press sales is what good customer service is all about.

Had some plumbing work done over the weekend & yesterday. We're very happy with the young man Jerry K ., who came out to do an inspection and work. Jerry K., is a great gentleman and I say "gentlemen" because that's exactly how I choose to describe him. Not a single cuss word, nor even a slang word came out of his mouth the whole weekend. EXTRMELY well mannered, well-spoken and very kind fellow. I appreciate this kind of person in my home. In fact I've requested that Jerry do all of my future pluming work.. Jerry has the experience and the knowledge. I know this to be fact, because my wife was a former plumber and she told me... That young man is spot on with his inspections and work performance. We both are retired and not able to do allot of what this gentleman did for us. I want to thank Jerry K., for being here doing what he does. This gentleman is an asset to Arlinghaus. Jerry, Installed New 19" kholar commode, repaired four faucet cartridges and installed a new faucet at the wet bar.(photos are mine copyright free)

From the first call to the completion of service, everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Alex showed up within two hours of my first call to repair our a/c unit. He checked our indoor and outdoor components and kept me informed about his findings. Before any repairs were done, I was informed of the dollar amount and was able to have all of my questions answered. I am very pleased with the entire experience! I highly recommend Alex and Arlinghaus!

Working with Arlinghaus and Scott was a wonderful experience. They run a very professional operation. I called on a Monday morning for a water heater replacement, they arrived to quote the job later that day, and the water heater was installed on Friday. To top it off, I live an hour from their shop! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Arlinghaus and plan on using them again for future projects.

I wanted to take the time to come here and express the gratitude for the handling of our recent situation. The technician that came out to do our service Josh, let us know about surge protection, and the importance of this with our system. Our system is two years old and we were surprised this wasn’t presented earlier, this is something we felt we as a customer would have wanted to know about prior to installation and had been presented with the option to have it done at that time. Josh was absolutely wonderful in understanding our concern with the presentation being two years in and he took the time to try to explain as best he could the reason it may not have been presented earlier to us. We decided to move forward with adding the surge protection to our system, and Mike came out to do the install. Even after discussing with Josh our feelings/concerns, we still had reservations and were nervous about our future with Arlinghaus. Mike took the time before doing the installation to talk with us some more and allow us to express our concerns. He went as far as to notify Drew of our concerns who then reached out to us to discuss further, even after the installation had been completed, the time that these three individuals took to ensure, our confidence in the company remained as well as our confidence in the technicians that were being sent to our home was extraordinary. Unfortunately, in today’s world, we often do not have this experience, I felt the need to make sure that others knew the way the technicians and management for this company handled a potentially unpleasant situation, this meant the world to us as customers and helped in restoring our confidence and trust in Arlinghaus.

The crew that fixed our water main today was nothing short of exceptional! Personally I was devastated that I’d have to end the year early on my lawn management expectations but it had to be done. The crew did what they could to be minimally invasive considering the task at hand. Jake Hinds was polite and came out quick for a quote. Austin Hall and his crew today got everything fixed up. Happy to be back to normal. If you’re considering Arlinghaus, you can proceed with confidence.
