Window World is awesome! They’ve done 3 jobs for me. All new windows at my condo that I sold. New windows and a slider in 2023 at my current house and 2nd slider in 2024 in my master bedroom. Great company. Great warranty and quality products. Matt is a great sales man who really explains things well. Ben was a great installer. He took his time explaining things and making sure my slider is working and all sealed. Highly recommend Window World!!

What a great job! Great pricing! Sent someone out right away to take measurements. Windows arrived pretty quick. Installation is very clean and professional. Can not say enough. Josh, the installer was very professional and cleaned behind himself. You would never know they were here, if the beautiful windows didn’t give it away. Thanks to John for making it all happen. From start to finish you have been great. The rep who came out to the house was very nice, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. My windows were installed on Monday - In one day. The installer was very courteous and cleaned up everything. All is good- so nice to be able to see out of my windows again. We were very pleased with the Windows and front door we purchased through Window World. Our salesman Tim Price was very good at listening to our needs and offering recommendations. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The support staff has been wonderful and communicative when we had some delays with the windows due to delays in manufacturing. Our front Door actually came in early and the installation went just as smooth as the windows. We get a lot of compliments on our door and windows from friends and family.

Only reason for two stars instead of one is the quality of the product at half the cost of the competition and laid back sales approach. Yes it took 7 months to get them in which everyone right now is having supply chain issues I didn’t have a issue with that. However the installation was a nightmare as the use some shady subcontractors that get paid little and paid by the window not by the hour (a lot of issues the day and days that followed with installation and installers I won’t get into). The biggest issues were they damaged and broke some tiles putting in the front door which I understand things happen however the way it was handled (or lack there of) was my biggest concern. It’s been almost a month and still not fixed they think they can find some matching tile and have one of their in-house window service call technicians come fix it. However every time I call (Jack) either doesn’t return my calls or today I called first thing in the morning and he said “give me two hours I need to get with my service call manager and we will call you back and make an appointment”. I never got a return phone call or any other kind of response as to how to fix the situation and also fix a few screens that I found after the installation that need re screened. Also had some other issues with them saying “these are not even the right windows for this house” I overheard the installers say between themselves and never heard anything from them as to why they said that. Knowing they’re not going to find exact matching tile to fix it right I’m most likely just going to have to re floor my front entryway myself and eat the cost and move on. I went with windows World because a lot of friends and family recommended them however I found out afterwards they used the franchise out of Dayton not Cincinnati which they obviously are apples to oranges. Pics show the cracked tiles and grout, the obvious daylight showing through the bottom of the new door they left the day of install that I saw afterwards which they had to come back and fix, and also the amount of trash I found inside my home after they left I had to drag out not to mention hours picking up screws and nails found all over my driveway and still getting a screw in my new tires that I had to patch.

I purchased a front door in 2020 and it turned out amazing. So when I decided to replace the windows in the house, Window World was my first call. The salesman Tim, was informative and laid back to as he put a quote together for the job. The Window World cost was significantly lower than the other companies I contacted. Steve the installer was super nice and treated our house as if it was his own. If I could give zero star I would. We ordered our window in 2021, being in covid factory issue we have to wait 12 weeks to get it installed. After those ample time of wait, the window were 3 inches short. They gave us another 12 weeks to get those windows corrected, then again after 13 weeks it's an inch short. So I told them, I just want my money back. I tried to call them, the owner keep saying I get my refund, until now he never give my money back.

We have had some issues with our patio doors that were installed and it has taken some time to try to get them right. The owner of the company personally reached out to apologize and promised new, upgraded doors and they delivered. The doors still weren’t working properly. You had to slam the door several times to get it to sit just right in order for it to lock. There is also very noticeable drafts coming through both doors, one more than the other. While this is frustrating, I am very impressed with their service and how they want to make things right. You don’t find that in many companies anymore.I do love the windows they installed, just note if you get black, it’s sprayed.They have stoppers that prevent the windows from opening past a certain point to prevent intruders. Perfect for 1st level windows or kids bedroom windows.They came and fixed the lock issue and we haven’t had it malfunction since. We are still waiting to hear back about the draft issue.

Ben and Kody installed our windows! We had mold between the panes when we bought the house, and looked forever for the most affordable option. This was the BEST decision we’ve made and are so happy with the results. No complaints!

I had two windows and patio door replaced. The consultant told me it will cost me $8,000 and I had to pay before the job would be done. I made the payment but it took them seven months to do the job. The installer didn’t look professional which look like a hillbilly with his young kids. They damaged the interior trim around the patio door. Highly don’t recommend this company.

Window World did a great job. We had our windows replaced about 15 years ago, one of the larger windows fogged on the inside and they came out to replace, no charge, no questions asked. After being told Window World was a terrible company by all of the other window companies, I decided to give them a call.#1, Window World came in so much lower than the competitors that no one could touch them. In fact, I had 11 other companies out to bid. Tim was so easy to work with.#2, I was extremely pleased with the window installers. Extremely good at what they did, just by putting attention to detail into the work. Brett and James did a great job.#3, I didn't realize how many people use Window World! After I got the windows, I started looking at friends' windows when I would go to their house, and there are so many Window World windows out there!I had another company win the job from a competitor and then ended up backing out, and I am so happy I called Window World.PS - every window place says they have the best warranty, and none of them are lying. They all have the best warranty because it is all the same warranty, don't let any window company make you feel like you shouldn't call Window World because these guys were awesome to deal with.

We have two homes Window World put in the windows with out weep holes subsequently they leaked into our wood work and flooring. It has been almost two years since it was discovered and window world has made many excuses came down multiple times to inspect. Finally replaced the windows trim to include wrap holes. Admitted their mistake. But have not repaired the damage to our home! We paid for a warranty that is no good.They don’t stand by their product. BEWARE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
