Great experience from start to finish. I never had to deal with talking to insurance representatives, they did it all for me. Heather was the project manager assigned to my roof job and she was on top of everything. She showed up when she said she was going to and made sure the project was going as expected. The crew with Beltran construction showed up on time and was very polite the whole day. The roof looks fantastic. Very professional company with a very competent staff. Projects do not go this smoothly by accident or luck. They really know what they are doing and they do it very well

AHT is a great company I would highly recommend.The process from the estimates, sales, and claim process was very easy. Tony the sales guy called the insurance company to get the claim started. They dropped off the materials the day before. Ron the manager of the job was great and very helpful with all of the questions I had. The roof was done in one day and they did a thorough job for us! They cleaned up and I am very pleased. The roof looks great!!

Hiring American Home Tech was a great experience from beginning to end. Zach Ward wasn’t pushy salesman. He recommended solutions, was patient, and was transparent. The installers were amazing. We have been amazed and the professionalism and customer service we have received. From their first visit until our roof was completed has been almost effortless on our part. Our roof is absolutely beautiful. We had 2 layers to remove and the whole job was completed in about 5 hours. The roofers were very respectful and cleaned up 100% before leaving. We highly recommend!!

Based on a previous roofing replacement done by this company on another property of mine,.... I hired American Home Tech again to remove and install siding, trim, porch trim and soffit, gutters and gutter guards. Needless to say, Ameritech did a fantastic overall job. Based on the old pictures of the house and now is stunning. The attention to detail and quality of work is why I continue to choose American Home Tech. Thank you all for a job well well done. I will be hiring you all again on the next job. Great job.

The crew showed up on time and did a great job. My house looks great. After they left, there was NOTHING in my yard that I could find. I highly recommend American Home Tech for any of your home repair or remodeling needs! This company went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my home was safe and secure. What started as a simple call for a roof repair estimate, resulted in an invaluable experience that protected the health of my family. A big shout out goes to Tyler and Spencer who discovered water damage behind my interior walls due to the poor condition of my chimney. They could have simply provided the roof estimate, however, when they noticed the chimney was not up to code, they took it upon themselves to investigate further. Immediately, they had their colleagues who specialize in mold and water damage come out to my house and mitigate the situation. For this, another big shout out to Daryl and Chris for their expertise and professionalism. I can't say enough about how American Home Tech truly has experts in all facets of home repair/remodeling. From project managers, to SME's (subject matter experts), to customer service, American Home Tech really has it all! There are so many details I could share about my experience, however, I'm simply overwhelmed by the unprecedented results I received from everyone involved (including Ben, Nick, Jesse and Zach). We had our roof replaced by American Home Tech. They were very professional, showed up when scheduled, and left everything clean. The roof was torn off and replaced in less than a day. When they found needed repairs, those were taken care of. We are an older couple and appreciated the fact that they took care of all the insurance, explained each step, and provided photos of the finished project.

3.5 Stars OverallWorkers were very efficient, and quality was exceptional.I wish they'd have tried harder to protect foliage in the front and pick up debris. Several bushes got damaged and scraps and nails were found.The sales approach was too quick and demanding. Made to understand that I'd just be paying my deductible, but be prepared to be asked about warranties and extras when the job starts.While the billing team was nice, I didn't find them 5-stars worth of helpful or respectful. They coordinated for insurance, but I still had to make calls and question charges. Questions were met with sarcasm which didn't hurt my feelings, but certainly bothered me when I was only trying to understand charges beyond just a new roof.Work was very well done though and efficient, so 4 stars.

Back up to a 5. The sales team mitigated for the issues caused by the outgoing salesman, and the field services team went above and beyond. Chris and his team were super nice, very respectful, and we felt super comfortable having them in our home. On top of that, they solved the issue and provided high quality work. Drop cloths were put down and once they left, it's like they were never there. Turned a bad situation into a good experience.

Sunshine Moore and the EMM crew were amazing during my complete roof replacement. There were some areas with more damage than we realized but they were able to handle everything. Sunshines communication was amazing and the EMM crew worked extremely hard.

They helped us identify damage on our roof, work with our insurance provider to make a home insurance claim, provided excellent products for us to choose from, completed the work on time, and helped us turn in the final home insurance checks we received. AHT did an excellent job! They were very friendly, professional, and communicated well throughout the initial conversations and estimates, ordering, planning and install. The team delivered the product the day before and completed everything, including new sheathing that was discovered the same day as the install. AHT worked with my insurance and myself through to the conclusion of the install. Much appreciated and highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work, and everyone we worked with from start to finish on our roof replacement.They kept me informed every step of the way from claim to install. Keri did our roof inspection and fixed some shady work from the company we had previously asked to help us with our wind damage claim and they gave up. Her and Nick worked with my insurance to request another inspection and get a full replacement covered. Phil and team did our pre build and explained everything in depth down to the smallest detail.Heather was our project manager for the install today and had a trainee (sorry, forgot your name), but both were awesome. Both helped with general oversight and kept me completely informed from start to finish and even knew roughly when to expect removal to be done and install to start and even roughly when they would be finished.Thank you all again for everything!

Tonia came early and on time despite of the rain. She explained the whole process of replacing my roof and stayed with the crew all day to make sure every part of the roof was done correctly and professionally.Tonia took pictures after the old roof was removed and and let me know if there were any issues. Excellent communication throughout the process and was impressed with the installation too! Started at 730 and was finished about 4. Pretty good considering a 2 story home with multiple roof angles. I think I picked up only one nail after they were done. Really great job taking care of my property and cleanup afterwards.

Great team and super helpful from start to finish. Sean painted the interior ceiling at our home and did an amazing job. He was efficient and detailed in his painting. He covered everything that needed to be covered and was very organized as he painted. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone that needed a painter. Sean is also very personable and professional.
