I was referred to this company by my mortgage company when I refinanced my home. My roof had been damaged by a storm and was aging/needed replacement. Mr. Mendell was fast with a quote and his pricing was the most reasonable of approximately 4 other companies that I got quotes from. He offered a nice quality of shingles for my home and was able to schedule me quickly. His crew arrived on time for the appointment and all work was done was done timely. There was a minor mishap where one of the crew accidentally knocked over part of my retaining wall, I think while placing the large container for my old roofing debris. Mr. Mendell was quick to make this right and I am so grateful for that. I also required a piece of plywood for my roof where there was some damage that was not anticipated in the original quote, and Mr. Mendell provided this for a very minimal additional charge. I would add photos of my nice new roof but it's hard to get a good one that does it justice, given the angle of my home on my small lot but trust me, you will not be disappointed with this company's work and service.

Just had a new roof installed on our house by Mendell Roofing. Jamie Mendell is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest! We had him inspect our roof 5 years ago when we purchased this home. He could have tried to sell us a new roof then but told us that it didn't need to be replaced at that time. He explained the type of shingle and its approximate life cycle. New roof is of much higher quality, wood sheeting underneath has been fully inspected and roof looks spectacular. We now have a great peace of mind knowing all is well with our roof. Thanks to the entire Mendell roofing team!

Attention to detail was excellent on ridge vents, flashings, plumbing vents and valleys. Even painted vent stacks to match shingles. Team did an excellent clean-up of nails and debris. As a real estate investor and builder I’ve used Mendell Roofing for over 11 years. They show up when they say they are going to be there, never hit me with excess charges at the end of the job and I’ve never had a single quality issue with their workmanship. I’ve even had them come out to do repair work on older homes I’ve bought and they take the time to walk the roof and give me a complete assessment before doing the repairs. Update 4-12-24....2 defective roofs that leaked within the warranty period. I also thought I had the best roofer that's why I gave him multiple properties to roof. The lastest roof leak, Jamie Mendell did not respond to a warranty issue in writing to his attorney, I just had to pay out over $10,000 to another roofer due to Jamie Mendell not installing underlayment on a shingle Roof he replaced for me in 2016.....Beware People. ....Then the Roof Replacement in 2017........Multiple Leaks within months of install, Material not installed by manufacturers specs, misrepresented warranty, had to pay another company to fix leaks, Legal Complaint filed with Boone County Courts........Research for yourself! AND in response to Jamie's Google review response, I'm not going to show up That's why I hired an attorney.Service: Roof installation

I’ve had two roofs put on different properties of mine, and dealing with Jamey made it an absolute breeze.
