This company has won lifelong customers! My mother whom is elderly had some issues with her roof so we got a few estimates. The other company told us there was absolutely no way avoiding having to purchase a new roof and the cost wasn't cheap. My mother is on a fixed income and we called Thompson Roofing for a second opinion. They truly know the meaning of treating customers like family. They were able to come take a look and confirmed that my mother didn't need a entire roof and that the repairs needed would be quick and at a extremely fair price. They took the time and had the patience to explain everything to my mother along with explaining the timeframe it would take. I wouldn't recommend any other company to anyone needing a estimate on roofing etc. They have what it takes to be successful and they do it with such compassion and understanding. We are forever grateful thank you guys again!

I had some issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of and received 4 estimates from roofers and handymen. Mike Thompson was the only one who didn’t try to a) scare me into installing a new roof or b) sell me services I didn’t need (sealing box gutters that had recently been sealed). He assessed the problems correctly and gave me a fair price. Communication about timing was impeccable.I still had some minor issues after he did the repairs (not his fault, just wear and tear and previous sub-par work), so I texted him and he came out the next day to fix them free of charge. The owner is very professional and is on sight to make sure work is being done correctly. Workers are nice and efficient.
