Contracted for a renovation,Dave hired a siding subcontractor,I have paid the contract with best Construction in full, however he left the siding contractor with only partial payment.Unfortunately had to kick Dave off the job after months and months of job overruns on final completion that simply became too unrealistic to deal with.Babysit your job with this company and hold back payment until completion mile posts. He is not only unreliable on time frames, he also closed in my walls with no insulation in areas I now have to correct, he couldn’t achieve a simple carpet installation on my stairs, no eaves trough or leaf guard as contracted and a variety of other misc items incomplete, after over a year from deposit start.He simply did not provide direction to his siding subcontractors who ended up with a lot of added corrections and left them stuck with only partial payment even though he was paid in full for their work.I would definitely not recommend this gentleman or his company . Very disappointed in him, and appears to have questionable integrity or honesty.At least, thats my experience with him.
