I would highly recommend calling and asking for him. He answered all my questions and promptly returned all my calls. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. Our home was hit by the tornado in Dec of 23. Alliance was very quick to get out here and look at what needed to be done. However, once it came time to do the work, everything went downhill. I understand that there are others that need work done, also. There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Alliance. We had to call repeatedly. After 2 months, our roof was finally replaced. The roofers did not clean up the roofing nails, or lay anything to protect our brand new hot tub leather cover, which is now ruined. Now, it's March 20th and we still don't have our windows installed. Our claim has been "escalated" to the VP, who has also not communicated anything to us. Last word is that they were special ordered, no ETA, no proof of them being ordered. We will likely have to use another company for our windows... we still have broken glass shards fall inside the home, plywood and plastic over the windows. This has been an awful experience.

Travon went above and beyond on taking care of the roof on my grandmother’s home & detached garage after some damage from a bad storm. I truly believe he treated her the way he would want his own family taken care of and that was so nice after many months of arguing with other companies & insurance. Lucas and his crew were very professional and informative regarding our roof repair. We had a four year old roof that has been leaking for 3 years. We called the builder and initial roofer many times with no answer or return calls. Alliance came out and did a quick estimate and within days, they were out to fix all the issue we had. Hands down the best roofers in the Trigg/ Christian county area. Definitely recommend using them for roofing repairs or initial construction.

I contacted Alliance Roof and Fence, LLC to get an estimate to have two roofs and two decks disassembled along with a large carport. I want to thank Colin O'Brien and a special thanks to Scott Bradley. Scott took one look at my project and was able to give me an estimate that I thought was fair. I was simply amazed and impressed at how fast their team came together. They were able to finish my project with in a day and a half. If it hadn't rained on that first day they would have been able to complete my project that SAME DAY !!!!!!!!!! Simply AWESOME service with great quality work and at a great value. Roger was such a pleasure to work with. When he arrived we had been dealing with insurance and nothing seemed to be moving forward very quickly. We had damage to our roof and our vinyl siding from the wind. He came out, gave an estimate and worked with our insurance. After storms and lots of damage , difficult to make any contact with roofers who were covered up. Saw yard sign of Alliance (had not heard of them before) and called that phone number..Got answer right away and representative Roger Osman came by to examine issue the same day. They have guided me through the entire process and met my three main criteria....Did what they said they would do...when they said they would do it and for what they said they would do it for. We recently bought a house. The previous owners used Alliance to install the roof. After all the rain we got last week we noticed a leak in the ceiling. My husband found where the leak was coming in within the attic but couldn't see the issue on the exterior. We contacted Alliance since they have a warranty, they said they would come out that day. The person was an hour late so my husband called asking for an ETA. Alliance said sorry we doublebooked but we can come out in a little bit. A worker came and when he arrived he asked my husband to use our step ladder to get in the attic rather than bringing his own supplies. He said he couldn't find any leak except the drip pan for the bathroom vent. (Not where the leak was coming from) My husband told him exactly where to find the leak but he dismissed that and acted like there was nothing he could do. He finally went on the roof to check it out and didn't find anything either. We just sent him on his way because he didn't show any effort to fix an obvious leak. We called Michael Vance Roofing and they came out. They found the issue on the roof within minutes and fixed it for us. I had to pay them $80 but I'd rather have to pay then struggle with Alliance ever again. They don't deserve 1 star but can't go lower than that.

After severe weather I was advised to contact Mr. Lucas Silfies at Alliance Roof and Fence to get an estimate for complete roof surface replacement. Mr. Silfies responded quickly and was able to get a roof crew to the site to begin the following day and get the entire job completed in only a couple of days, which turned out to a good thing as another severe bout of weather hit. Polite, knowledgeable, and motivated. Jorge Gonzalez (Sales Rep) with Alliance Roof and Fence visited my home shortly after a storm via Door knocking. Mentioned that my insurance company would help me with all storm related damage. Called in my claim shortly after I felt like I won the lottery. Not only did my roof get replaced but my entire fence as well. Both the roofing crew and fence crew did amazing work and were very helpful. Clean up was thorough and all done in a timely fashion. This past summer, 2022 we had our existing shingle roof covered with metal. The crew (organized by a knowledgeable woman named Mary, of BH roofing) were beyond fantastic. They did a beautiful job despite the challenges that company gave them. The supply order took 3 attempts to finally be complete. (All while sitting in my front yard , killing grass) I can not say enough about the crew, they are so detail oriented that they even raked to ensure no screws were left in the yard. Good luck...They did our roof and were to do an estimate on a fence. Had to call months later to get invoice on roof. No information on warranty, scheduled an estimate for fence repair/replacement. They canceled and rescheduled on same day of appointment. No show or call back on make up day. Communication is very difficult and at times nonexistent.

Update: called for the roof leaking again and they never came out. I called on several occasions. Kept saying they would come but kept giving me the run around.
