This company is very quick to respond! They like my personal maintenance team! I have used them to paint my entire interior of my home. Repaint and stain my deck, minor repairs and maintenance. I even contacted them to see about removing a possum from underneath my house (a service not offered) but they went above and beyond to attempt to connect me with someone who would. Very professional, quick turnaround time, quick to respond, on-time and always helpful! Great company to work with. Maurice and his team were great from the beginning to the end of restoring my home due to tree falling on it. I was kept up to date on the steps that were being done and the ETA date was accurate on returning to my home. They worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered.Due to the professional behavior, I schedule them to do other work in my home. Be it a repair needed on one of my rentals to a full blown remodel on a flip property. Maurice is very professional and always follow through with what he says. This is the type of service you should completely avoid. Not because it doesn’t “look” good but because the details are in the work itself. I contracted Impire to install new floors and paint my walls. I found some minor issues with the walls but I’m going to focus on the floors for this review.When Impire completed the job; I instructed the “project manager” about my concerns with the finished product. This was less than 48 hours after the completion of the project and during the follow-up confirmation of satisfaction with the manager.Fast forward to 2-weeks after notification of concerns; I still have not received any follow-up visits from Impire to correct the issues. On top of that; by this time I gave notice of a lot of areas of concern and also provided these inputs to the manager along with pictures as proof of the poor lazy service.I am now almost a year out and I still have not received any follow-up service to correct the major issues.Services: TV mounting, Installation, Paint indoors

Impire did such a great. My insurance company only originally covered completing half of my roof, which was not acceptable! After going back and forward with the claims adjuster, Mr. Miller was able to negotiate with my insurance company to cover the cost of my entire roof. We only paid our deductible. Impire Commercial & Residential Services replaced my roof. They were very professional. They came out, assessed the situation and got back to me with a reasonable estimate. They were upfront about what they would do and what additional cost may arise from having to replace unforeseen deteriorated plywood. Throughout the process they kept me informed by communicating what was going on. Any questions I had they were able to answer with ease. They came and did just what they said they would do. Had roof damage from storm in March. I reached out to the company via Facebook and they had a very quick response! They came out and did an inspection of my damage and I was assured I would be taken care of. I was able to get a new roof!! I didn’t have to leave my home for shingle samples, they were sent to me via text to pick out and they also provided a recommendation on what would look good on my house. The workers covered all my bushes and lawn area where they were throwing my old shingles off.. after they were complete with my roof they cleaned up all scraps and old roofing including old nails.. I didn’t have a pick up not 1 nail.. this company is very reliable and I will be partnering with them on future services..Service: Roof installation

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I asked for roofing company recommendations on Facebook and when this company was recommended, someone reached out to me immediately. I spoke to someone on Friday and by Monday I was getting pictures of my roof and a detailed explanation of what needed to be done next, which was a roof replacement. The gentleman I worked with, Mr. Miller, was very polite, always responded to my messages promptly and walked me through the whole process. He was very patient with all of my questions. He went above and beyond because the home needing the repairs is a rental property. Mr. Miller spoke to the insurance adjuster and made all arrangements with the current tenants in the house. I didn't have to do anything except start the claim and give him some phone numbers. Before I knew it my roof was completely replaced. I was sent during and after photos of the house as well.
