The crew at Legacy Metals is second to none. Our new facility was built on a compressed timeline and Legacy Metals was there at every step to ensure I had what was needed. The materials were always delivered on-time and of the highest quality. I used a builder from their list of contractors and was very pleased with everything that they completed. Thanks again to Glen and Rocky Bluff Construction for giving me the facility I wanted.

Great company easy to work with and the Sales man was so patient working with us on the build of the house , I love the fact we had a 3D look at our house before it was even built it and that allowed us to make changes we needed and on top of everything the owner of helped with some ideas that helped make our decision on our build ! What more can you ask for than a company that puts 100% into helping you build your dream home! I can’t give enough credit to everyone that helped us with our house from the purchasing agent, yard men , delivery driver and the coordinator!The building crew worked hard and did an amazing job !We are truly thankful and blessed for Legacy Metals and all their hard work!

I had a very positive experience with Legacy. Their prices were very competitive and their customer service was top notch. Communication with the salesperson and customer service rep was great, and they were very quick to respond to any questions or changes I wanted to make with my build. Along with this, they stayed true to the timeline I was given for delivery of materials and when they intended to begin working. I highly recommend using them.

Just completed a custom built 60x80 building with Legacy. We started by having CAD drawing appointment with Bryan Brown which was very useful to bring to fruition the plan we had in our minds. Ryan bid the job and answered a plethora of questions quickly and with great patience. The structure was done by Isaac Stoltzfus and crew cannot have had a better crew they worked exceptionally hard and were very attentive to all the plan details and made sure everything was done correctly. Great crew couldn't believe how well they worked as a team. Probably only negative of job was that garage doors were delayed and took several weeks to get in. All things considered a very positive experience.

Builders were quick and on point.The quote given was several hundred dollars too much. There was hundreds of dollars worth of lumber leftover we called to see about them coming to pick it up for a refund they’re going to charge $200 to come pickup the over quoted lumber Was going to have several more 1,000’s of dollars worth done at a later date but will not do our business here.Update:We called yesterday and still no response as far as picking up for free

Working with Legacy was a very positive experience. Their prices were excellent, and they communicated about start dates well.Glen, our salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful.Jose, the builder they assigned to my build, did a fantastic job and was great to work with.The one negative was the concrete contractor that I was set up with. He would not answer or return my calls. After waiting a week I decided to cancel the concrete portion of my contract and find my own concrete contractor.Overall an excellent experience working with Legacy Metals, LLC. If I ever build again, or manage a build project, Legacy would undoubtedly be my first call.

The only complaint I have is it took some extra time for the door to come in. Delivery was completed. Driver was courteous and professional. I was notified a week prior to delivery, called the day before and 20 minutes before arrival.

Shady place. I was told yesterday I had a job hauling for Legacy Metals. I get there and they gave me an application which they already have from indeed. I drove 45 minutes then walk in and they hand me an application and said feel this out we will keep you in file for 60 days. Like what the hell? I turned and left ,I seen real quick not type of people I would for. I have more trucking experience probably then all their drivers combined with zero accidents.

Legacy did an awesome job from start to finish on my building. They had patience when we couldn't get in because of weather, and was there as soon as they could get in. Do not order from Legacy Metals if you want good customer service. There is an issue with the color of the metal we ordered and the owner, while willing to talk to me, refuses to correct the issue. I’ve posted pictures of the color received (light gray) compared to the color advertised on the website (charcoal gray). After multiple conversations with the office staff, I finally asked to speak with the owner. The owner’s solution is for us to “sell the wrong metal on Facebook marketplace and reorder a different color.” He insists that the metal is correct and, essentially, that this is not his problem. In my career, I’ve spent quite a lot of time dealing with customer service and I have never encountered this level of disregard for a customer. We went with Legacy Metal because family recommended them to us, but I can assure you, we will never use them again.

Got a 40x50 pole barn built through Legacy metals, building contractors did an amazing job on the house, but I’ll tell you, once the concrete guys came, that’s when everything went downhill…. They left a huge mess when they were pouring. The left a 4x6 blob of cured concrete by the house, called legacy to have it remove, all they did was push it to the side. They didn’t ask where to put it or take it away, just left it in the middle of the driveway. Also the concrete crew cleaned out their concrete mixer in my pile of gravel that was going to be used for my driveway. That was a 3x5x3 pile of cured concrete and it looked like they tried to cover it up with more gravel to hide it. The cherry on top is when the concrete guys put the metal siding back on, they used the wrong screws and over tightened them, scratching the siding , leaving screw holes exposed, and completely ripped the corner metal up. Called legacy asking for them to fix it, they keep telling me they will call me back on a date to fix it, it’s been 2 months since. All I wanted was the side of the house fix and I would be fine, but I’ll tell you, once they have your money, good luck getting help from them. So just a heads up, if you have an issue that needs to be fixed, make sure you tell them before you give them money or it won’t get fixed.Update,Still haven’t been contacted or anyone come out to fix my house, I do not recommend, they take your money and run…

Bryan has been nothing short of phenomenal to work with in the design of our dream home. We saw a stunning barndo on facebook and i inquired about the plan through Legacy Metals. The plan was sharp but we wanted changes made to fit our needs. We purchased the plan and we connected with Bryan who is the CAD guy. he turned our vision into reality right before our eyes. It is incredible the design tools they have at their disposal at Legacy Metals. Bryan was incredibly helpful every step of the way and we even made a few large changes that required significant time spent so i thought. Bryan and Legacy was able to made the changes usually within the same day so it didn't cause our project to fall behind schedule. i can not recommend Legacy Metals and Bryan enough for designing and building your dream barndo!

Timely delivery. Competitive price. Horrible Customer service. If you insist on doing business with legacy metals then disregard the photos on their website. They are not representative of the color you will receive. This is ok if you are building a barn in the middle of the woods but not if you are building a home with a distinct color palette. The owner has a clear disdain for small orders like that of an average home. Again I think if you need a carport to cover your space shuttle or a roof over your 1/4 mile dirt track or a barn to house all the hay in Kentucky, then maybe he will treat you differently than he did me. To add a little weight to this review I’ll say that I’m a contractor myself. I deal with all types. I’ve never been treated like an insult to someone’s business. Bad bad bad experience.

Legacy Metal did an amazing job from working tirelessly from design to completion. Their proStaff helped my wife choose colors and designs over and over until she was happy. I changed the roof pitch on the porch to match the building and never had the first complaint from the carpenters. They worked in weather that most would quite. THE VALUE EXCEEDS ALL THE OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED. If you want quality for an affordable price go with these guys. Totally amazing price and performance.

Legacy Metals was such a pleasure to work with. Dalton and Blake were great! They were very professional and extremely helpful and were happy to answer my many, many questions. I am out of state so they kept me informed of everything that was going on and immediately let me know of any weather delays. Everything went smoothly and was completed when they said it would. I was amazed at how quickly it was framed and completed. The metal building came out awesome! Every person that has seen it comments on the high quality and what a great job they did. I definitely recommend Legacy Metals and will be using them again.

The over all build for our house was done great, There was a few issues but we got them fixed . They did order WAY to much lumber probably a extra $3,000 worth it was crazy . The concrete done by Ray was poor , Our porch after just a few weeks it cracked 😭which when we got a 2nd & 3rd opinion it couldnt be fixed without destroying our side walk which we did not want to do . The picture below is our porch on the right side . Its not even filled all the way like it should be ( This is the only side that looks like this , the reat is smooth and concrete all the way down ) unlike this area where gravel is coming out of it . I tried to get them and ray to fix it but i was told by Ray to just push gravel against it and was told by the president of the company that there is nothing wrong with this when clearly it is .

I highly recommend you DONT use Legacy Metals LLC.We’ve ordered metal twice. Each time it’s been incorrect.When I was on the phone i talked to probably 4 different people because each one kept putting me on hold.You then proceeded to not read it back to me when i ordered to verify that everything was correct.And let’s talk about you stuck random items on my order for me to pay for that i NEVER ordered.But yet you don’t want to talk about this.Have a great day 🙃
